Easy to install myself and dramatically improved performance. My HP mini 5101 flies. It is almost as fast as my also new laptop. I love it.

As soon as my package came i took it out and installed it, took me less than a minute to install. There where no problems with my lap top, only that it started to frikin fast! But there is a down side to installing more ram on a laptop, your computer gets much faster and it also brings down your graphics rating. It reduced my graphics rating down from 3.1 to 2.4 but i don't think thats a problem i rather have my computer be more responsive. Eider then that, this is good memory.

I ordered two of these for my Dell XPS M1710 to upgrade from a total of 2GB to 4GB. They arrived within a few days, and were easy to install. Booted up and immediately notice a serious improvement in the performance of my laptop. A great buy.

I purchased 2 of these to hopefully improve the performance of my wife's laptop that only had 1 GB of memory before. I did see a small improvement but I also noticed that the laptob would only recognize 2.6 GB and not the full 4GB. I checked the bios at startup and it recognized 4 GB so I don't think the sticks were defective. I'm also running into stability issues I never experienced before. I'm guessing it's an XP issue of some sort because the type of laptop I'm using does say it supports up to 4 GB of this speed.

Bought for eeepc 900A Simple less than 5 minute install. No BIOS upgrade or tinkering. Recognized immediately by my machine. Running great, no issues after two weeks of moderate usage, multiple boots , hibernations, suspensions, whatever :-) Also added OCZ 16 gb SSD from here to pump up the storage. Works great at a really good price! Running Mandriva 2009.1. Gnome. Everything works great out of the box. Abiword and Gnumeric for office apps. Audacious and Streamtuner for tunes. I LIKE it!

As usual the memory arrived in a couple of days. Installation in my net book was a snap and the system is working fine with windows 7.
