Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case - Clear Side, Front USB, FireWire and Audio Ports
Comment:
I used this case for a basic home office build. Really like the case. Plenty of room, easy to work with and the ''toolless'' feature works quite well, with the components in the external drive bays aligning well. Case is solid and the front panel looks great. As with another reviewer, I marked the case down on quality because the clear plastic side had a broken (but not visible)corner, and several pop-rivets used to hold the plexiglass were broken off. I suspect this is a manufacturing issue with out-of-adjustment riveters rather than a shipping problem. Since this unit will go into a cabinet, the excellent qualities of the case far outweigh the minor problems for me.

Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case - Clear Side, Front USB, FireWire and Audio Ports
Comment:
Gave this case all 4's for a few reasons. Window was chipped in a corner, Drive bay was bent, very flimsy, had to take it out actually so my graphics card would fit. Not the best for cable management, not a lot of room in the back. PCI tool less thing didn't keep stuff tight enough so i unmounted that. Doesn't come with the 120mm fans. Nice big side window tho will look great when my LED fans come. Replacing side window funnel with a 80mm fan as well. If your on a budget get this case. Got this in a barebones kit. Thanks Tiger for a great deal saved me lots!

Great case, best I've used. Looks great. Nothing has fallen apart. It now houses my old mini atx. My only complaint is the two corners inside of the clear plastic door arrived broken off, not detectable from the exterior though.

Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case - Clear Side, Front USB, FireWire and Audio Ports

Had this case for a year now and yes it has some flaws: One loose and two ''missing'' rivets upon arrival. (they were actually floating around in the case)In addition the top USB/firewire/audio did not work. The rear case fan brackets were a bear to deal with.(I got the fan IN, but have fun getting it OUT!) Also, you have to remove the hard drive cage to add a front fan. Aside from that, there is PLENTY of room in this case for a large video card provided you remove the hard drive cage completely, and mount your hard drives in the 5.25 bays. Cooling is OUTSTANDING for a case at this price/size. I run an Overclocked Phenom 9500 @ 2.4Ghz and it doesnt go beyond 48C under full load. If it wasnt for the rivets Id give it five stars.

Must like the others here my product was damaged upon arrival (nothing a little super glue didn't fix). The tool-less drive system feels a little cheap to me but it does the job and does it well. There is PLUNTY of room in this case for everything. The aluminum front is a very nice touch and gives the case an ''expensive'' feel. Overall I give this case a thumbs up!

i bought this today, moved my mobo and all other componnents over from a xion onyx case, what a diff, specially since i'm overclocked from 2.8-3.4ghz on an intel p4 single core, cpu stays at 27 degrees normally, 29-35 while gaming, case temp sits between 35 and 40 i also used the ultra fan controller, and trust me... it works like no other i've seen

I didn't have anything broken in mine, unlike a lot of these reviews. I find that it's not the best case to get if you plan on upgrading your pc, especially to CF or SLI. If you want to do that, get a full tower case. It looks nice for the price and does the job, but again not the most amount of room. Could definitely use a removeable motherboard tray. The audio cable couldn't reach the hd-audio connector on my mobo, but it did manage to reach the regular audio connector around my 9800gtx+. Honestly, I regret getting such a small case, but that's my only real problem with it.

Great innovative features. Quick clip pci, video works..just have to line up dot and ''u'' on bracket. hd cage is cool.I use round ide cable..more flexible. I also found corner of plexiglass side cover broken off.Side panel is cool..if only a little thicker and connected with metal hardware like the Pow-wow case I have other computer. audio/usb cable long enough...but not firewire. i don't use firewire yet and mobo has port anyway. cmedia drivers awful. after back and forth..install & uninstall I found that the audio works front headphones as well as motherboard speaker ports work fine with the usb audio device shown properly installed in device manager. Of course the proper assignment of back speaker ports for 5.1 or even 4 speakers not established--would have been by c-media software. one last thing..I called Ultra about a reset button? I thought maybe there was a way of using the power button to restart?? Ultra said no button..he had no clue. great case overall T

Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case - Clear Side, Front USB, FireWire and Audio Ports
Comment:
This case is ok. Tool less drives are nice and work well. There is that hard drive bay that i removed from the case for some extra room. The Front USB leads are too shot although i did manage to run the wire around the Vid. card and hook them up just barley. But the front audio jacks and fire-wire you can just forget about. It looks like they will make it until you have to put in the Video card thats when you realise that they are too short. If you have an over sized CPU fan then you will have to remove the Cone. All in all though i like the Case. And for the lead wires for the power switch and that dont go by the Colors read the mobo manual to hook them up.

I would have to agree with most people that this product is poorly built at best. The first one I ordered came out of the box in pieces plastic rivets falling all over the place. After returning the original and having a replacement sent to me I found that the replacement also came out of the box in pieces and the side door was not even mounted on properly. I would not recommend ordering this case unless you like wasting your time and money. Good Looks 2 Bad Cases.

Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case - Clear Side, Front USB, FireWire and Audio Ports

I only liked the appearance of this case initially. However, after working with it I grew to dislike it very much. After taking it out of the box I found that the front door hinge was broken on my brand new case. So I called Tiger and was referred to Ultra for help. I thought I could just get another hinge sent to fix the problem, but no, I had to RMA the entire case just because of a broken hinge made of cheap plastic instead of metal!!! I decided to forget about the hinge and go ahead with the install. My biggest gripe with this case is the location of the hard drive cage.I HATE IT!!! If you plan on adding any IDE drives don't get this case, period. Also, the cable that connects the front audio was not long enough. I had to stretch it to the max to get it on the audio header. I absolutely would not recommend this case.

This case is great, but has it's flaws. The HD box is too close to the MB once mounted, making installing the SATA cables a bit tough, but managable. The snap in fan enclosures are nice, buy some good 120mm's to go with it. The CPU Fan tower is a great touch, it works nicely. The MB tray doesn't come out, but that's ok too. Great air flow when configured correctly. Super value for the money. This is my 2nd Ultra case, and I love them.

Ultra E-Torque ATX Mid-Tower Case - Clear Side, Front USB, FireWire and Audio Ports
Comment:
It's a very well built case but there is a big inconvenience: if you use a X-Connect Power Supply and connect the power cables to the side mounted internal HD's, you cannot put the clear side panel in place, unless I'm doing something wrong. There is no clearance for the cables to make the necessary curve and go to the power supply. I've contacted Ultra and the support person told me to use a 90 degree adapter. That could be avoided if they built the case 1 inch wider or made a 90 degree power connect cable instead.
