Nayef Rating: Review Date: 04/03/12	Verbatim 25GB 4X BD-R 10 Packs Disc Model 96769 Comment: Operates completely. Burns Perfectly. Reads on a selection of machines. They do not arrive cost-free in the mail each and every 2 weeks? I have had ideal luck with these. No "frisbees" at all in 5 boxes of 10 so far, I would advise the frisbee-maker to purchase a BD-RE and use it before commiting to a BD-R. Thats what I do, so I know my stuff will perform ahead of I commit to a BD-R.

I wasted my dollars. They don't operate with my stand alone players. Get these disk if your not certain. Price tag is a little high. They will come down. I can recall when a CD disk was บ every single!! They burned quicker then the 4x speed without having any difficulties.

These perform wonderful with my Buffalo external blu-ray burner. I made the mistake of acquiring some more affordable Cendyne bd-rs that don't perform at all. You have to be cautious with blu-ray media as they are not all the exact same. Verbatim is a solid brand that will most likely work for you.
Kione Rating: Review Date: 02/07/12	Verbatim 25GB 4X BD-R 10 Packs Disc Model 96769 Comment: Excellent discs! Have burned about 40 total in my LG GGW-H20L and Pioneer BDR-205 and no coasters. Good for burning movies, but DVDR and difficult drives are less expensive/GB for data storage. These are almost certainly the cheapest Quality BD-R. If you look at myce.com, there's a entire thread devoted to cheaper BD-R that have seemed OK proper immediately after getting burned, but have deteriorated and died less than a year later.

Almost everything I've burned still reads fine as well so I'd say their a superior selection for archives. Not the cheapest media out there. per GB its still cheaper to use an external HDD as archive media now days but if you seriously will need optical storage this sure beats juggling 8-10 DVDs. You can juggle 2 of these rather.

No reason to debate other brands. Their quality is just inconsistent and unreliable. I see no point in gambling with my data. When I was a noob, I tried all the massive names; Sony, Maxell, TDK, RiData, and a lot of others. There are only two manufacturers of excellent blank media: Taiyo Yuden, and Verbatim. Verbatim are a lot less difficult to get, and a bit lower priced. Obtain high quality blanks, get top quality burns... It's as easy as that!

A lot more quickly than any other media I have utilised. Will burn at 8X on LGBS08LS20 burner. Even when buring at 2X or 4X still completes the burn a great deal faster than other media that are supposedly buring at the exact same speed. Now that Newegg has these for about ū a disc there is completely no reason to ever purchase inferior Ritek/Memorex media again. They are not no cost. Would like to see the spindle of 25 at identical cost per disc as this spindle of 10. Verbatim is now my favorite media displacing TDK which has observed a decline in excellent of their DVD+/-R lately. Haven't tried TDK's BD-R simply because of the high price but with Verbatim at this cost this is no reason to.

Good packaging, discs appear to be high quality. 100% burn success. Comment: These BD-R work great with my LG BH10LS30, which I burn at 8x using Imgburn with verify. I have had excellent success with these and the burn speed is a joy after spending an eternity going through a couple spindles of the Verbatim 2x LTH discs. If you get these on sale they're only 10% more expensive than the LTH discs, with better results in 1/4 the time.
