These are still fun games to play now and again. Much different from the Dawn of War 2 games, but still really enjoyable. Even if you don't like warhammer, they are great RTS games. |

Pros:Well designed, vibrantly detailed, and beautifully animated. Comment:
The animation blew me away, there was a whole new level added to the combat. Although graphics are not everything, the game play was amazing also. It added a new element that most RTS leave out, instead of gathering resources to build units, buildings, etc... resources are generated by "strategic points"at a constant rate. The more of these "points" that a player possesses, the higher cumulative amount of resources they will receive.Just a side note, expansions are worth the money. Dark Crusade was incredible.A definite 8.5 / 10. |
I picked this up for a friend of mine that is into RTS games. He said it is a really good game if your into RTS games. If you can pick up for $4.99 its a steal of a price for a game with so much to do in it.
