Nothing (Not sleeved? Sleeved version costs more and i didn't really care. Just that it would've been a bonus.)

Bought a couple of these for my case fans, functions as expected. No surprises or anything, good cheap alternative if you don't have enough 3pin connectors on you motherboard and don't want to spend ~$30 on a fan controller. |

Cons:Pins in the Molex male connector were poorly aligned and seemed a bit loose.

I wanted to power a couple of case fans directly from the PSU rather than from the motherboard, so this paired with a fan splitter cable did the job. |
Sometimes fans don't come with these connectors so it's good to have a few of these around.
