XFX Radeon HD 6870 HD-687A-ZNFC Video Card with Eyefinity
Cons: takes allot of room

Pros: Very stable, good performance for it's price.
Comment:
This video card is very good for it's price and it is stable and quiet. I mainly play world of warcraft and it really rocks the game on ultra graphics mode on 1900x1080(wide). This is the first time I try another card than a Nvidia and I am totally satisfied!

XFX Radeon HD 6870 HD-687A-ZNFC Video Card with Eyefinity
Cons: -A little on the big side if you don't have a large enough case to fit it

Pros: +Great benchmarks+XFX warranty that every one loves
Comment:
You'll probably already know how well the 6870 performs on benches, so I'll just point out that it BARELY fits inside the Sonata III case. I managed to get the card to fit with the front case fan installed as well - this is the fan that's just behind the hard drives - and there's maybe enough room for a hair to squeeze through. The Sonata III has the same dimensions as pretty much all the Antec Sonata cases, so I'm guessing my experience will apply to the rest as well. It's not the best case for this card, but if some of you have it then the card will fit... only just.

XFX Radeon HD 6870 HD-687A-ZNFC Video Card with Eyefinity
Cons: none so far

Pros: PowerfulQuietLooks good
Comment:
I'm very happy with this card after buying it just about a month ago. Just my luck to buy into the 68** series just before the 69** came out, but moving up from 2x3870's (the most awful generation to be created) I must say I'm impressed. The performance jump is huge. So far I've cranked the settings in all of my games, and the fan hasn't gone over 60%, so I haven't had the noise problem that other users are talking about. I could overclock, but at the moment none of my games are running slow so why bother. All in all I'm happy with this card and I'll likely buy a second one in a couple of months.

XFX Radeon HD 6870 HD-687A-ZNFC Video Card with Eyefinity
Cons: -light on included accessories

Pros: -Warranty-performance-good bang for the buck
Comment:
Always like XFX products for there quality and warranty. The performance of this card is great, Starcraft 2 on ultra detail with no lag, Dirt 2 on High with no lag either. With the current price break since the release of the 69xx series this card offers some of the best bang for the buck on the market. The only thing that I can think of as negative is that the only accessory that you get is a crossfire bridge. not a big deal as I've got a few DVI to VGA adapters and don't currently need them anyway but it may be an issue for some buyers.

Pros: Great performance for gamesCool, great reference cooler
Comment:
Great performance in games, beats the 5870 and other 68** series cards, but for the price you should look somewhere else than XFX This review was modfied by poster @ 12-24-10 09:22 AM

XFX Radeon HD 6870 HD-687A-ZNFC Video Card with Eyefinity
Cons: XFX name markup

Pros: Price/Performance RatioStabilityStyling
Comment:
alright, so. Right now at 285 dollars Canadian this is the most expensive 6870 on NCIX at the current time but when I ordered we got free Express Shipping and 20 dollars off which brought the price right down to par or better than all other 6870s.The Price/Performance ratio of this card is great, it performs about as well as 2 5770s which would run you about 50 dollars more (and now you have to buy a cf bridge if you buy a xfx 5770) it also seems to slide in just under the 5870 which again is a more expensive card and the fps difference is negligible. I was surprised to see as much driver/game support for this card as there already is considering how new the product is, WoW crashed at first but with a Catylyst 10.10 Hotfix all issues were resolved. The styling of the card is great on the side you'll actually be able to see once its mounter in your case.Just a side note: We were able to pick up a 100Mhz OC on the memory and 75 on the core without touching the voltage.

XFX Radeon HD 6870 HD-687A-ZNFC Video Card with Eyefinity
Cons: No accessories included with XFX version (no cables, adapters)

Pros: Lower Power usage, cooler than my GTX 270, can easily be overclocked. Crossfire bridge included.
Comment:
I had a hard time deciding whether to wait for the 6900 series (the true successor to the 5850 and 5870), but decided to jump the gun and buy this model. The 6900 series may be a bit better, but I doubt the same performance for your dollar value will remain (maybe I'll be proved wrong)For bang for your buck, you really can't go wrong. It performs ~ 15-20% better than a 5850 (and uses less power), and catches up to a GTX 470 (and runs cooler). Crossfire two of them, and you've got a rig that outperforms the 5970 significantly.I'm pretty impressed with the card, and the lifetime warranty also helps. The only thing I wish XFX would do is include a displayport to mini displayport adapter or cable like other versions.
