The rebate was a huge factor for me ordering this card but it has verified to be non exsistant. Send it in but have in no way received confirmation and a request thru the website didn't function either. For the price I need to have gone with the newer card that has audio on the HDMI output. With Windows 7 64 bit I am acquiring pretty good video playback thru the DVI on a 20 inch flat screen LCD.

Inexpensive (if the rebate ever comes), works in multi monitor mode as long as you don't do hdcp on multiple digital monitors. Rebate is a joke. Soon after two months I emailed them only to obtain a response that my rebate went from awaiting approval to approved. Seems like an additional catch prior to they send out the cash. HDCP ready is also a joke if you have multiple digital monitors. I have verified that directtvtopc does not function in multi monitor mode even although every thing is supposedly HDCP ready.
