I needed some heatsinks to modify the Cisco gig router I got (they run hot and loud and a review I read showed how to modify the loud fan and add heatsinks).They went on no problem and have worked, with a low RPM fan, to keep the device cool.

Very useful to put the tall hsinks on the backside of a GPU, which gets very hot. They are able to tap the air flow of the rear case fan cooling the video card even better (if you have a rear fan).I was even able to use the short ones on the bottom side of a motherboard CPU bed, no drastic effects.It comes with 4 tall and 4 short hsinks & 2 replacement double sided sticky pads in case a hsink stops being sticky (hair and dust).They are very easy to apply and reuse again. They stick well right from the get go and unless they pick up hair or dust they stay sticky. I've reused one 3 times so far.I only wish more came per pack.

I used these Zalman heatsinks in the past to cool various chips/mosfets and they do a good job for the price. Just make sure you adequately clean the surface of the chip before you install them, any oil or other stuff will not make for a proper bond. The thermal tape seems to get stronger once the chip is warmed up a few times, so at first the heatsinks may seem loose, but after some use they will make a better bond.

What more to say. Very cheap anodized aluminum ram sinks that look really good and add that little bit of extra heat spreading when needed.The only down fall is that if you have a card with something other then GDDR the ram sinks wont cover all of each chip

Parfait pour le water cooling et overclocking, jen suis entierement satisfait.Facile a installer et a utiliser ils sont d'une belle couleurt bleur anodizé. j'aurais par contre aimé qu'il soi en cuivre mais le prix en aurait été conséquent et que si vous n'avez pas une circulation d'Air desus ca ne donne pas grand chose.

I decided to get these bga ramsinks simply because of their price. For 15 dollars you can't really go wrong...These ramsinks are made of blue anodized aluminum and are lapped pretty decently. They look for nice on the card. For what you pay its a pretty decent deal, its about 1.6 dollars for one heatsinks. Cheap compared to others.Somethings that i was dissapointed about with these ramsinks is that the performance was pretty low. I was able to overclock my Radeon 9600 XT AIW from the stock 324 mhz to 384. Its an insanely high clock already but the ramsinks only yielded me and extra 2-3 mhz. Still worth it for me.The sole reason i bought this was to raise my mem as high as possible and keeping it at a nice cool temperature. Remember though, that these ramsinks will be useless if there is no air circulation or air blowing on them. There job is just to absorb the thermal energy and dissapate it.I recommend these ramsinks to overclockers, people that don't overclock probably do not need these ramsinks, but they can help you achieve a peace of mind if you are worried.
