Cons:cpu is slightly underpower; no OS.

Pros:I use this as HTPC, it has decent power for home theater overall; very quiet; memory and graphic card have enough power.

Comment:
I bought this item on Thursday, and found out there are missing Wifi Antenna and mini optical adapter in the box, so I contacted Zotac canada on Friday and received the replacement on Monday! I was let down by the missing items but very impressed by the customer service.
