This stuff is remarkable. Practically nothing else operates greater, and these tiny bottles have lasted me more than 4 years and 3 tubes of Arctic Silver 5. Smells like oranges. None. The first bottle will dissolve any thermal compound, even genuinely old paste. The second bottle cleans up any traces on your surface to get the best thermal contact you can. Obtain this as soon as if you ever plan on developing or repairing computers. |

This did the trick perfectly. All the paste has been removed right after a handful of drops and a wipe.Newegg Volume Saving are great. None I bought this solution to remove stubborn thermal paste that had migrated to the BGA for an Xbox 360 GPU. I tried alcohol/paint brush and alcohol/queue tips with no luck. Right after a couple hours I realized I required solvent that would emulsify thermal paste. I tried 2 or 3 hours with alcohol. This product did the work in a minute, with quite small effort on my aspect. |

I found a lot of people ask what to use to clean the cooler and cpu, I think it would be nice if they could supply a pad or rag made to help clean, Even if they could sell some type of wipe would be a lot less clutter around the work space. Worked like a charm! The only con I can consider of is it turns the compound into liquid, so if your compound is conductive to electricity and it gets on the mb there could be a difficulty. Just use widespread sense, and avoid paper towels in the 2nd stage mainly because they leave paper lint. Use a coffee filter or microfiber cloth. |

Removes thermal paste rather nicely and the purifier leaves the surface all shinny and clean for whatever you are replacing the OEM compound with! Did I mention the lemon smell? it smells excellent :) Absolutely absolutely nothing! I purchased the AMD Phenom II x4 955 Black Edition processor and wanted to use a superior compound than what mine came with, so I purchased Arctic Silver Ceramique and this to do the job and I am not disappointed at all! I recommend this stuff to any technician that does builds regularly as well, due to the fact there will be some much more to spare following undertaking just 1 pc. |

Removed all thermal paste I've come across, even took off the original thermal paste from a GeForce4 ti, and you know how old that is. Leaves a nice shiny surface and can read it better then when utilizing rubbing alcohol. I can't locate anything else to take apart to remove the thermal paste, possibly my Xbox 360? Replaced Arctic Silver 5 with Arctic Silver Ceramique with awesome benefits, average of 3c drops with a drop as a lot as 25c on my Nvidia 7950gtx in my laptop. |
