Pros: QuietDirt cheapMX-2 pre-appliedSlightly better performance than the stock cooler
Comment:
Don't expect a lot from this... this is basically a quieter solution over the stock cooler. It performs slightly better to boot. The MX-2 paste that's pre-applied is very good making installation a bit easier.

Cons: push pins but that does not matter keep reading.

Pros: quietamazingly efficient for 9$sleek and small

I have been floored by this coolers performance. I just went from a mid tower to a mini itx and could not fit my hyper 212 in the case, until i can afford a full 200mm rad for the cpu i was just gonna fudge it with a dinky stock replica.... well heres something. It keeps an overclocked i5-2500k (4.0 ghz) under 70 degrees celcius, not the best but my god the thing is not at all audible. It is like I have liquid cooling in the case right now the thing is so silent. It is a TREMENDOUS value, for comparison the hyper 212 is 35$ and in a mid tower it kepy my i5-2500k (4.4 ghz) under 60 degrees, but that thing is a true after market heatsink. In comparison this is a champion of dinky heatsinks, that it is 9$ is just amazing. I'm not going to water cool anymore, 70 degrees is way below danger zone and it is just so silent.

Pros: oem style replacement but cheap and better
Comment:
i did not expect to have to push the plastic pins in and so i had trouble getting them in, idk first time using these new cooler designs.

Cons: a little flimsy plastic, but not too much of a concern

Pros: compact noiseless design
Comment:
I got this heatsink for a core i5 2400 processor and found this to be really quiet. It does a great job for the processor. The plastic is a little flimsy, but nothing serious. Great heatsink for regular use.

Cons: none so far

Pros: easy installation good oem style cooling multi fit socket installation
Comment:
it is what it is an alternative heatsink to a broken or worn out oem cooler or if one were so inclined buy an oem processor for a lower cost and use this instead of the oem to save a couple dollars. as far as installation goes its the same push pins as the original cooler and it comes with factory heatsink material installed so perfect for the novice to install.
