Cons: None really.
Pros: Works great with Thermalright XP-90. Comment:
Considering the cheap price, this is a fantastic way to get use out of older Thermalright heatsinks. I have a few XP-90's that still are stunningly good performers with modern CPU's. A huge boost over stock cooling. |

Cons: does not fit all motherboards (GA 780G DS3)
Pros: CheapWork perfectly with AC Freezer Pro 64 Comment:
Used it on an ECS board where my AC Freezer Pro 64 broke the pins. Since then no problems.I have changed my MB to a Gigabytes GA 780 DS3 and it won't fit because the GB board is using plastic clips instead of screws. I am hoping that the original plate (with only 1 pin on each side) will resist long engouh. I have tryed to balance the pressure on the pin. So far so good. (3 months). |

Cons: I had to mod it for my cooler.
Pros: cheapwork with zalman 7000 cpu cooler Comment:
I wanted to put the zalman cooler on asus m2a-vm mainboard. Zalman have made no after market bracket for am2 socket, so I ended with this one. I use 478 socket installation tools for the cooler, but I had to shave off all the hooks between the mounting screws. Well, it fits very good with the heatsink.Thank you Thermalright for saving my zalman 7000 cpu cooler! This review was modfied by poster @ 08-08-08 03:50 PM |

Cons: breaks eventually
Pros: last until you hear the snap Comment:
I bought this for the AC Freezer Pro 64(or 64 Pro), so from Dec 17 to today, it breaks all 3 of the top side clips.Lucky thing is it didn't break my other thing when falling. So I can still post this message.I saw the review to buy this one, but still breaks eventually.Hopefully there will be a metal replacement or something. But I wouldn't suggest you buy this just for the big heavy CPU fan. |

Cons: None at all
Pros: it Works Great Comment:
I bought an Arctic Cooler Freezer 64 Pro. When installing, it broke the clip on the stock retention bracket. luckily the Langley store had 2 of these in stock. 1 for this rig, 1 for when i get my new mobo. they work great, and have 3 clips on each side, rather than 1. i feel better about having a heavy HSF on my mobo now. |

Cons: None
Pros: Easy to installDoes exactly what it's supposed to Comment:
I bought this to so that I could use the XP-120 with my M2N32-SLI, and although the heatsink itself conflicts with the motherboard, the bracket works perfectly and exactly as it should. |
Bought one 2 days ago from weborderAlso i bought one almost 9 months ago, but lost it , cant find it back , so need to buy another for my 790FX motherboard .Well the heatsink was good , just need sometimes to installand need to be very carefully aviod to break the motherboard, well anyway very good now , work great!
