Got this card after i purchased the PowerColor 6950 2gb to replace my TriFire 4870's , i was extremly happy to get the 6950 2gb PowerColor worked amazingly right out of the box without any sort of overclocking .( great card)This was my 2nd card from PowerColor in 8 weeks and HOLLY MOLLY !!!with a small overclock to 920mhzGPU-CLOCK and 1400MHZ on memory this 6970 BEASTED my x3 4870's on Benchmarks , Games RUN SMOOTH!!! Temperatures hit 71 degrees celcius on some serious loads while benchmarking never goes above 60 while Gaming on HD resolution .Games tested mainly (Need4Speed) (BadCompany2) (World of Tanks) (Starrcaft2) (Hawks) ETC......Amazing Card , Extremly happy with this purchase will work on 550Wats PowerSuply without losing any Performance Thank You PowerColor for great Product and ThankYou NCIX for quality of your shipping standards , everytime well packed !will recomend this card to anyone i m not using EYEFINITY , just a standard 24.5 Inch 1080p ASUS screen but it feels like she can handle way more .

Pros: This card stays cool.Fair price when on sale.

I replaced 2 XFX 4870 in crossfire with this card. The benchmarks are a little higher, and this card runs any game I throw at it including Metro 2033.The reason I changed out the XFX 4870's was a heat issue. I have a well ventilated case, but temperatures went above 90'C with the XFX cards, and kept crashing my system. This HD 6970 card almost never gets above 70'C.Note, the card is long so make sure you have enough room in your case.

Cons: Loud fan without before modifying fan profile

Pros: Great performanceEasy to overclock
Comment:
Great no frills card. Does not include a lot of extras in the box and is therefore cheaper. Had no trouble overclocking to 950 core/1425 memory.

Cons: Fans are a little noisy for my taste

Pros: Powerful VGACheaper than other 6970s on NCIX
Comment:
Replaced my aging Radeon 4870 with this card and the difference is night and day. I finally get to see BF3 on ultra settings and it looks awesome thanks to this card. My only beef with this card is the noisy fans when it reaches 50% and above its noticable, but it does keep the temps low to a subtle 60 degrees on full load and 30 on idle. Still a great improvement compared to 4870 that runs 70 degrees on idle.

i picked this up to replace my hd6870 just because i read somewhere that one card is better then two and if i xfired my 6870 would of got about the same output! i'm running this with a 8150 on a 990fxa board. i also run this in eyefinity 5760x1080p works awsome! verry happy with it. will lc this bad boy soon! then oc it!

Cons: temps at 72 to 76 Celsius while running BF3...Prob need bigger case.BF3 runs at 60 FPS, I expected at least 80 to 100FPS...Prob need better CPU,PhenomII quad core 940 c 3GHZ

Pros: Drivers update  is a breezeRuns Bf3 flawlessly :)
Comment:
In order to run eyefinity you will need at least 3 of these cards paired up with good CPU like i7 2600K or i5.It's a well rounded Video card I O.C'ed to 950 GPU and 1450Ram stable. You will need a well ventilated full tower case to fit it in and keep it cool.

Comment:
Bought two of these running them on the Swiftech KOMODO-HD6900-2 water blocks obviously they are cool can't say much about factory cooling, never tested it. The cards run flawless and great addition to 3 x 27in asus lcds.
