This factor is complete modular and loving that! This thing powers my 2 GTX 460's OC'ed to 900MHZ and my 9800 GT without having even receiving warm! And thats just a fraction of what i have hooked up to it! I see much better process overall performance now im not reaching my energy limits like on my other PSU. As far as not obtaining the processer thats stated on the box? Properly my Phenom II x4 is OC'ed to 4000mhz and this thing doesnt even hiccup! So dont be discourged if you have other besides whats listed on the box like a reveiwer mentioned ^. What I truly like is the fact it has four connectors per cable, ie 4 SATA or 4 Molex. Which truly helps no to have two cables operating to your HDD's or optic drives. This factor was a breeze installing, but beware it a small larger than these 600-800 watts, if it wasnt for my new Phantom case this thing would not fit! All and all a good buy I would suggest...Obtain! Though its nevertheless this low-cost! Ummm... A tad bit longer than most?.. I guess had to find somehing to say right here.. Super quiet, really good exterior finish, and the top quality of the cables is excellent. I have this in a full tower case, and the cables are long enough to reach everything regardless of whether you do a best or bottom mount. Really like the attaching mechanism for the cables. When you safe them, there is no way they can come loose. Also, adore the blue fan LED's, and the LED's that light up when you connect the cables. They are not blinding, just bright sufficient to offer a good bluish hue to the interior of your case. Absolutely an enthusiast's power supply, but priced reasonably sufficient that the average user can afford it. For the price tag with rebate, you can't beat this deal!! Your kidding Ideal ?!? I've have this PSU for over two years now and I haven't had a single challenge with it. It looks great and operates very effectively. The cables are as well long and the sleeving is freaking ugly. I did redo the sleeving and it looks a bit better now. Looks nice and works excellent.

none I have an Intel core i7 and it has forced me to restart 7 times and has offered me a blue screen three occasions. I purchased this plus some ram for a new pc i was constructing. while waiting for parts and price tag, my brother also decided to develop his personal pc. got a diverse PSU from newegg. BOOM! the very first a single produced a loud popped and died. the second one they sent, immediately after turning it on, it would turn on and off with every two seconds. I decided to fix his dilemma by employing Xion AXP as a temporary PSU for him. WOW~ functions like a charm with no any problems. i told him to use mines and return the other junk. none so far it's been in use for about a month.. worried what other people are saying about following three-6months death... so we'll see at that 1.

Great PSU! No complications at all. Modular. Very dependable, and great searching. Led lights only blue, will need red and other colors to match my case mods. For all of you that are getting brief lives out of you Xions. Please make positive you have a superior energy strip filter or energy conditioner. I have bought more than ten of the xions in the final four years no DOAs and no later failures. Public service power is terrible for spikes and brown outs in my region. You would be really shocked at how swiftly negative unfiltered power will ruin any high good quality power provide. Just an FYI.

I have like three PSU. I enjoy them all, but the modular PSU is my preferred. The other two I started taking them apart to scrap some of the components for my property audio amp PSU.This PSU worked suitable out of the box. It's fairly quiet, and makes my case appear genuinely clean. Love modular. I actually do not have a beast technique to illustrate power handling. In my case I will be operating Asus Crosshair III, Phenom II, 4Gb Patriot, and due to the fact Im a low cost donkey like ten total case fans. And my WD 1Tb HD. I should also be acquiring a new ATI card here soon. I suspect that if it dies though operating this set up, lame. So far so good. Wasnt no cost.

Wonderfull PSU couldnt ask more it stayed nice and cool and can power three of my 8800 Ultra's in three way SLI mode no difficulty even on max load so im Really pleased. It lookes good and the blue rings are fantastic!!! Definantly acquire this PSU no issues whatsoever Its not a 1300watt????? Definantly fantastic for tripling the 8 series cards or using dual 9800 GX2's or GTX 280's. Good definantly recomend to everyone

Installation was uncomplicated. Modular design is simple and extremely valuable. Aesthetically pleasing with the fairly blue lights. And most importantly...wonderful power for a great value. None that I have come across thus far. I have been employing it for about three months now and it has been excellent for my rig.

Good modular style. Died after 3 months. Can not get a hold of the company for an RMA. Emails go unanswered, and calling them on the telephone throughout workhours on a work day results in a receptionist telling you they are not in. I purchased the XON-1000w model, but it was replaced by this one prior to I could write a evaluation for it. Upon checking this one out although and seeing that too numerous other reviews mention it getting DOA or dead soon after a few days/months of use, i thought I'd say something and save some people the dollars/trouble anyhow.

Seems to run cool, the fan never when had to speed up. Appeared to deal with any load applied to it. Died following 6 months for no apparent reason. Even though NewEgg has a 1 year replacement policy NOTE THAT NEWEGG WILL NOT REPLACE IT UNLESS YOU Keep ALL PACKING Supplies - FOR THE FULL YEAR. So it looks like I'll be going to the manufacturer and XION is not easy to get on the phone or by e-mail. The supply is extremely big, nearly too lengthy for my short case. The cables are all modular except the motherboard connectors. They utilized regular 4 and five pin audio connectors so be conscious that it adds another inch+ to the length. My supply is not even listed here, I have the XON-1000R14HE so I wonder what the distinction is. In either case I'm really disappointed with both NewEgg and XION over this. I think it's ridiculous to call for everyone to maintain the original packaging for a year. I seriously advise going with yet another manufacturer.

I am not at all knowledgeable about PSU's. As I see it, if I can put it in my rig and forget about it then it is doing its job. That is the case with this PSU. It has never ever created itself an problem. I have had difficulties with ssd's, motherboard driver's, but never ever the power supply. It has all of the important attachments to energy all of the devices in my computer. and the cords are lengthy enough to reach everything in my case. The sleeving on the energy cords are ugly and fat. It would be good if the cords were flat and the sleeving had a diverse color. Not sufficient to take off a entire egg. perhaps half an egg, not a complete egg. Excellent product, cannot find any faults, just wish it was totally modular, the motherboard cables are hard wired in, not a big deal, but does affect its looks
