I ordered for myself but traded with my husband as it is hard to press the buttons to answer. Don't care for the charge pocket, or the way it fits

The 655 plus has better quality and is much more functional then the predecessor. A great tool for the price.

Unfortunately, this product failed to live up to the this company's standards. The earpiece and or earbud constantly fell apart. It is difficult to connect to the phone when needing to make a call. Just an overall dissappoint. Would not recommend. I will definitely go back to my previous bluetooth.

The reception is excellent as is the clarity of the voice of the person using it. My wife uses it and her voice sounds as clear as if she were speaking to me from her Blackberry handset. This is the second one I've bought, and even though stores don't carry it (as this one is the older model), I purchased this over the newer one because of the first one I owned. I'm glad they carried it still and at a good price! I did not like the steep shipping cost however. This has nothing to do with the product but you should be able to avoid the shipping cost if you can pick it up from one of the store locations.
