Let me start off with the Cons. I am using this with a MyTouch 3g and voice commands are still being taken from phone not the bluetooth. That is a design flaw with phone not Bluetooth. The speed dial function is tricky you must remember what speed dial number you associate with which person. Voice Caller ID just reads out number not person name. PROS call clarity is great. Paring with phone was so easy but that's a function you only do once so making it easy was kind of a waste. Voice Commands are great, but are limited due to how the phone interprets commands. MyTouch 3g still expects voice commands to come through phone not headset. Headset is light weight and very comforable. Buttons are easy to push unlike my H12 which felt like I was trying to lobotomize myself with each button mash.

I purchased this about a month ago and have been very happy ever since. I am using it with a droid phone. The only drawback I have found with it is the setup of the speed dial. It simply did not work for me, after calling BlueAnt tech support there is a way around the setup which is really a pain in the butt. You must have whom ever you want as your

I have been very satisfied with my BlueAnt. Othes have shared that the quality they hear over their phone is great. I love the amount of time between charges. It is usually plugged in every night, but sometimes I forget and go two days without charging. It has never run out of power so I am not sure how long it could actually go before it quits. The one thing that is really benificial is its ability to be charged by plugging it into an outlet or into my USB port. I love the versatility. This was an excellent purchase and I would do it again.

Excellent blue tooth device, and it actually fits my small sized ear comfortably. No other blue tooth that I have purchased over the years has done that. Sound quality is great coming and going. Only thing about it (as well as others) is it muffles out my hearing of all other noise around me when I am not using it for phone. Blue tooth devices need to electronically allow sounds through when not in use. I am very happy with this device overall.

I've been using this product for about 90 days and all in all it's a good product for a wireless headset. The voice commands are limited and occasionally it assumes what your saying and is wrong. Saying ''answer'' sometimes does not connect the call and occasionally you have to tap the headset button to connect the call. The only annoying part is waiting for it to finish reading out the incoming number to you before you can say ''answer''. This takes a couple of rings and you need to know your number numbers if you screen your calls. All in all, a good product and I'm sure that it will evolve quite a bit in future releases.

Easy solution if handsfree phone conversation desired. Everything the phone says it will do is actual. The voice command does the wrong thing occassionally, but not too often. The speed dial command is very tricky if you have a blackberry since the keys are letters instead of numbers. And manually programming the speed dial requires that the number you want to save has called you most recently before you add it. In other words, you have to arrange for a person to call you and and then enter save the number to speed dial, have the next person call, save that number, and so on. Kind of ridiculous. But once it is set up, it's cool.

I recently replaced an in ear blue tooth with the V1. I like this much better. It is comfortable and since it has an over the ear holder, it does not fall out or feel like it is. The noise cancellation technology is great. Voice command features work well. I don't use it enough to know how long the battery lasts.

I purchased this headset for work and have only used it a few times. It was easy to set up and pair with my phone. The voice controll is excellent with smooth sounding instructions. You just have a few simple commands that you can ask it and it will call your contacts or answer incoming calls. The list of possible voice commands could be more extensive but it is adequate for my purposes. I am pleased with this product and would recommend it to a friend.

The V1 performs well and I really liked the fit and design. Unfortunately the voice commands tend to become annoying after a day or so. Having to wait and listen for the commands to finish before responding became a pain. When I turned off voice commands, I had to rely on the built in ring tone to announce a call, which is way way too quiet. Also, be aware that the V1 does NOT support call waiting. For these two reasons, and the fact that my phone already has voice dialing, I returned an otherwise fine earpiece. If you need the features because your phone is lacking in these areas, this might be a good choice. Otherwise, perhaps the Z9i or a different earpiece might be a better choice.

Have had it a week now and works well. Voice commands work well. I have had a few people ask me to repeat what I said but maybe I am talking to loud or too low. I would recommend it and price is nice.

Easiest to use of any I have had - I am on my 4th upgrade. Pairing by voice command was so simple. Sound and quality are great. When properly adjusted to fit your ear you can wear it all day. You need to read the manual and learn about the voice isolation for loud environments and other advanced functions to get the best performance out of it.

Have had this product over a month. People complain about background noise, when I am talking to them. Easy to use, love the voice commands, size and features. If you talk loud your voice will be broken, you must low toned.

2nd time I tried to charge it, it wouldn't charge at all. It just got very hot. The LED wouldn't light up, and no charge was received, even after trying all the different charging options they provide, even overnight. In 2 calls to their Customer Service, they were rude and ignorant. For one example among many, after I had waited 1/2 hour on hold to talk to them, they suggested I charge it again (after I explained how many times I had tried), and call them back in a couple hours. Their manual does not give all the information on how to operate it. On the phone they kept coming up with hidden techniques. I'll give them one more try. If they help, I will come back here and re-edit this review.

I have purchased at least seven bluetooth head sets and this is by far the best. I have sensitive skin and with most after awhile the earhook hurts my near that wasn't a problem with this one, in fact it was so comfortable that i lost it off my ear without realizing it. I will likely purchase another one of same because i like the options this one has.

This is my 4th BT headset - my most recent being a Plantronics Discovery 925. I previously had a Z9 which was very disappointing. I decided to give the V1 a try given all the excellent user reviews on the web. I think I finally hit the BT headset motherlode. It is incredibly easy to use. The BlueGenie voice activation requires no real setup. The V1 incoming as well as outgoing sound quality is very good. No BT headset is excellent here, imo, but the V1 easily is as good as my old JX10, which had the best sound quality of my previously owned units. One of the big problems with the Z9 was fit - it sat on my outer ear, causing fatigue after a very short period of time wearing it. Not so with the V1 - which has added eargels/earfoams to raise the unit away from the outer ear. I also prefer the small, more discrete size. Yes, it is expensive, but it outshines every other unit I have owned. The kit is very complete with 3 different charging options and extra eargels and earhooks included.

An amazing, easy-to-use voice activated headset with a lot of punch in a small package! This one replaces my Blue Ant Z9. Very good sound quality and outstanding noise-cancelling capabilities. More comfortable for me than the Z9 with a different (and I think improved) earbud. I forget I'm wearing it. Highlights include intuitive, verbal direction and feedback...all without having to learn my voice. It tells me instantly if I am out of range of my phone...and again when I'm connected again. While not the most stylish, it ranks among the smallest units...and likely the most capable for its size of any headset currently marketed. The V1 raises the bar for functionality in a bluetooth headset.
