I found the headset uncomfortable to wear due to the sharp edges. The older model behind the ear headset was much more comfortable, though not as clear. The sound quality of the BT5020 was usually scratchy. I could not get more that one foot away from the phone to talk. Repeated attempts to pair the headset with my phone did not clear up the static. There was only one size ear gel shipped with the unit. It was too big and kept getting stuck in my ear when I removed the headset. I am very unhappy with this model. My recommendation: Don't Bother.

This device works great I have had no problems with it. The reception is great I can leave the phone on the desk and walk across the room with no problems.

Used at work had lots of background noise. Not satisfied at all. People had trouble hearing me also.

I expected more from the Jabra name. I have it paired with my iPhone, and while the headset is fairly easy to use, I'm told that the sound is faint and muffled on the other end.

''3 month life!'' It is so true. I liked the fit. But the quality is dropping after two months. Then right at the 3 month cycle it fell apart.

This headset has great features and fit. the design is very comfortable. Other than that, the range is terrible, there is a a lot of static other than when you use it the car. Even if I put it in my pocket I get tremendous static. Overall it not a great set.

I puchased 2 of these in oct 07. One for me and one for my wife. I liked it but my earpiece fell apart after 3 months. My wife wasn't really using hers so I started using it. 3 months later (yesterday) the earpiece fell apart. I'm not happy. Oh and people couldn't understand me very well with it on. The rubber bootie for the ear piece never really stayed on for me so i used it without.

This is my second Jabra headset, previous was a BT250, and I have been let down. Every person I talked to in the two days I owned it complained that they could not hear me over all the background noise. It was not as comfortable as the BT250 and it was not as easy to put onto my ear. It paired with my Treo680 with no problem. The vibrate feature was nice.

As attractive as this little headset looks, I've had nothing but problems: COULD NOT GET IT TO WORK WITH VISTA. There is a bug in the headset firmware that makes it beep as if a call is on hold during calls. Works fine with my phone and with XP but don't consider buying this if you're looking to use it with a newer laptop. Wish I had bought something else.

Have been using a JABRA BT 500 and bought this one specifically to pair to two phones. Paired to both phones with no problems. Switches between phones perfectly. Not quite as comfortable as the BT 500 but O.K. Sound quality is good but not great. Vibrate mode is great.

Super comfortable, lightweight & discrete. Can wear all day with no soreness like other bluetooth models. I prefer to use plastic inserts with low volume, but not neccessary. Purchase sponge mike covers to eliminate wind noise.Insert with one hand with a half-moon downward rotation over ear. A breeze when your use to it. Super value with excellent results. You can't go wrong with this purchase!!

Fantastic headset. Pairs up easy and sounds great. Does not sound ''tinny'' like the H700, which I also own. Much louder than other headsets as the speaker is quite large, you dont need to use the plastic ear inserts. The vibration feature is fantastic as you can put it in your pocket when your phone is charging and you can feel the call come in even if on a diferent floor of your house, the reception is great. I can get 25 feet away before any cracking sounds even start, the H700 starts its snap, crack and pop after about 15 feet. The only drawback is you cant put it on with one hand like the H700. Still, I'm sold on the behind the ear design as you don't look like Locutus of borg, you just look like your hearing impaired. LOL

The reason I purchased the headset was that it would work with two Bluetooth phones, (Both newer Blackberrys) either cell and cell or cell and office. Problem is, it pairs up great, shows different ringers in ear great, actual conversations don't occur with this headset as it is basically unintelligible in ALL conditions. I had been a great fan of Jabra, but this is the 2nd Jabra headset to let me down. Sticking with Motorola from now on....TIGERDIRECT still my favorite site for selection and prices!!!
