Cons: None.

Pros: Price/ Performance, Overclockability
Comment:
Bought this on the cheap (thanks NCIX) as a bundle for my HTPC setup. I understand it's a great overclocker, but for what I need it for (XBMC, basic server functions), it's perfect right out of the box. Great bang for the buck, and even the stock fan is cool and quiet.Obviously this isn't the highest end CPU, but for the cost, it'll punch well above its weight class and makes a perfect budget rig CPU.

Cons: Small L2 Cache

Pros: CheapGreat overclocker
Comment:
Been using this for a while. Overclocked this guy to 3.0Ghz, and it's been going strong since day one. It's great for the budget build that it's in, but I must say I would've preferred a little more L2 cache. Overall, though, good buy.

Pros: Great price, perfect for budget build. Can easily be overclocked at higher speeds for gaming.
Comment:
Great processor for a budget build. Can be used for budget gaming rigs with a little overclocking and maybe some better cooling. All in all great performance for the price. One of the best processors for basic computers that you want to run smoothly.

Built a computer for a coworker based on this processor. Has been working perfectly. OC'd quick and easy. Seems to not bottleneck 4870.

I have actually bought two of these processors, both for non-intensive use computers, which this is absolutely perfect for. I overclocked this to 3ghz without increasing the voltage at all.

Cons: Not as fast as a $250 CPU :-)

Pros: Very inexpensive
Comment:
What can I say. It works as described, and apparently overclocks like a champ. I've installed it in a budget system that won't require it, but its nice to know that it is not being stressed at its rated speed.I've mixed this CPU with 2GB RAM, a 3650 video card, and a 1.5 TB hard drive, and XP Pro, and am very impressed with the performance so far. I haven't tried any high end games, and likely won't even bother. This is a lightning quick Internet Browser/Word Processer/Movie watching system.

Cons: - 2MB Cache, but really enough..

Pros: - BEST budget Duo Core- Easily overclockable to 3.6 - 4ghz with a Ziggy or any cheap air aftermarket cooler- Preforms great for the price
Comment:
I've been using this for many budget gaming builds. Works wonderfully. It does NOT bottleneck a 5870 if you run it at 3+ Ghz (which shoulnd't be that hard). I actually made a gaming build for one guy with this and some cheap G31 board but slipped in a 5870 for ultra high fps. He's been real happy.

I built a computer for my stepson using this cpu and I must say I'm very happy with it. Very fast and he is a big gamer. He playing many newer games no problem but, of course he has a BFG GeForce GTS 250 OC 750MHZ 512MB 2.2GHZ to go with it.

Cons: You get what you pay for

Pros: Basic Cheap processor
Comment:
Budget CPU which is fine for budget builds. This is one of the cheapest CPUs on the market, but not necessarily recommended since you can get a cpu that's a fair chunk better for only a little more.It does it's job, but the bottom of the bucket is rarely the best performance per dollar. Doubt I would buy this again as I'd get something with a better performance per dollar ratio.

this is a grate cpu for the price I overclocked mine to 3.6ghzwith a ocz vendetta cooler 300mhz x12 1.34v on a gigabyte GA-G31M-ES2L motherboard and a Geforce 8800 GT 512mb video card and passed 17hrs of prime95 with 0 errorstemps are 39c idle 63c load and I am not sure how accurate the core temp program readings are as I feel no heat on the bottom heat pipes right at the base of the cpuI probably didn't get one of the better ocing chips as some others are hardly having to add any v core to be stable at 3.6ghz some people are getting 4ghz it could also be my motherboard noticed it seems to have a lot of V droopas when I select  1.345v in the bios under load cpu-z some times shows a drop  to 1.280v and idle of 1.312v not sure how accurate cpu-z is thoughreally 3.6ghz is grate oc and system really zips along well not worth pushing the chip any faster as it could damage itI would have to say this cpu was worth every penny makes a grate low-mid range gaming rig with overclockingand its really cheap

Well folks, this is most likely the best budget CPU around.I have mine OC'ed to 3.6Ghz on the stock cooler w/ MX-2 applied at stock vCore. Max load 63CI could reach 4GHz for sure if I had a better HSF

Cons: non really for a budget processor.

Pros: Cheap, runs cool, clocks great!
Comment:
Bought this chip for my back up machine after hearing lots of good things, plus it was on sale so the price wasn't too bad. At first I was a little unhappy, but I was running it in a 680i board. Then I picked up a P5Q Deluxe pretty cheap. And wow what a difference. I was able to effortlessly clock it to 4.1Ghz with a reasonable voltage and temps were well below max. With watercooling I wouldn't doubt 4.2-4.4 24/7 Guess I got lucky and got a good chip.

Bought this CPU to rebuild a computer. Had a socket 775 motherboard on hand so needed an inexpensive CPU to complete the system. very impressed with the way it's running. Tried overclocking but need to add more cooling before I make that permanent. All in all great CPU for the price.

Pros: Fast, Overclocks like crazy, performs really well once overclocked, very cheap for what you can sqeeze out of it

IKve had this chip for about a week now and have managed to Overclock to 4.2Ghz(needs some dangerous Vcore though) Have been running at 3.7 with no voltage increase. Prime95 stable for about 14 Hours,no problems. Runs really cool maxing out at 48c. All I can say is if you are trying to build a budget PC then have a seriuos look at the E5200.
