Cons: Honestly none.

Pros: Excellent all around processor.Beats i7-4770K even at stock setting.- Overclocks to 4.5Ghz natively without any tweaking aside from multiplier.- With only a bit of voltage i got it to 4.7Ghz.- And with some advanced Tweaking i got mine to 4.95Ghz on a Rampage IV black.- By sacrificing some memory speed and using 3 cores instead of four i got this baby to 5.2 Ghz on Rampage Iv black.- Awesome built in cooling, uses soder instead of paste.
Comment:
It's a good CPu for the price and competes head to head with the i7-4770K. In my case mine beats the i7-4770K in all cases.
