Bought this years ago from NCIX to replace my old Epson, thought it would be a good buy. From the start pictures printed poorly (dark, banding,white lines etc). Went to the Epson website and they said to run a head alignment which I did, the result, the print quality went from average but acceptable to horrible. I can no longer use this printer for prints and even text has white streaking and must be printed in grey scale. On top of all this the colour ink cartridges plug and dry out very quickly, the solution so they say it to print a picture once a week which also uses up all your coloured ink. And last, this printer counts how many sheets you print so while you may have plenty of ink left the printer will tell you that you are out of ink and must replace the cartridge. Very frustrating.I am only giving this 3 stars because I cannot locate my order number on the NCIX website and without I cannot save someone else from buying this thing.
