Welcome to this years technology. The progressing future of broadcast-faxed spam filtering VS the processing of todays equipments. Nothing more important then staying ontop of the current available technology but also making provisions to include future needs.Need to print somthing from the ever-expanding market of Tablets and Phones ? Or, hey how about commanding something over the internet ? Well if that doesn't peak your interest, Its always nice to have Touchscreen over lame buttons to walk through endless menu lists to configure the Bluetooth and wifi access.I enjoy walking to the machines console and scanning a document into a PDF and either sharing it on a Customers Flash drive or emailing it to them. Hey how about just the simpest task of Printing a document to Fax, Well no more skewed images from document feeders or skipping pinch rollers. Copying something is just like the commercial ones. Place, Click, and Print. Toner usage is acceptable for a small office or home office, but not reasonable for commercial applications. I mean it will do the job and run out of supplies quicker because the Hopper only holds about 25% of a full reem of paper. Maximum value and minimal impact on the desktop, I own three of these units and would not hesitate to buy another.As for finding issues, well Im usually the first amongst my peer's. So while trying to scan a pdf document from a document feeder that includes more then one page, well it simply crash's and resets.. ( unable to scan from feeder into one file with multiple pages ) Although the Spam filtering is cool, I am unable to use things like Wildcards ( *.* ) in phone number filtering to stop one broadcaster that sends from one exchange of over 100 lines.. and finally I would suggest anyone with older platforms like XP or server 2003 to upgrade, as alot of basic functions are not available .But those dont affect me in the long run, so I rate this machine as an excellent companion to anyones office. I bet the future of printing will be from the TV's of Home networks.. While we still have a need to print ... lol

This is my first wireless printer. Before this printer I had to attach my older printers to a computer to share them on the network. This limited where I can locate the printers. With this printer, I can now locate it anywhere in my house and still be able to access it. I also got an iPad and after the firmware update  I can print directly from it. Although, the output is not always what you expect. WYSIWYG doesn't really work with iPad/iPhone printing.Printing speed is not fantastic, but it's good for occasional printing.
