Functions specifically like it should. Has provisions for several types of CMOS clears. Wires are unecessarily lengthy (but see other thoughts). With the extended wires, can be converted to an on case with tiny modification. |

It does operate although it is flimsy Most if not all modern bios implementations do not need to have to be reset if you over-clock too aggressively. You could will need to power down but that is all. . |

It worked on two distinct sorts of motherboards.It worked on the three pin CMOS reset, and a 2 PIN CMSO reset.It's a should have for overclockers, due to the fact it removes the pain of opening the case.It has airflow slots. I stuck mine subsequent to my aftermarket graphics card cooler to blow graphics card hot air out of the case. The Cable is too lengthy for both of my builds. |

This factor is the bomb diggity! I have one of these in 3 unique systems. Most of the time its such a discomfort to get to the clear cmos jumper and this saves time(and then some) No a lot more swearing at yourself for setting something incorrect in the bios. Makes in nice for newbies who want to discover to overclock or method build! (note: don't forget to unplug method and push the power button a few times to discharge system just before resetting bios) That's a have to for me! Did not like the way the plugs were set up. Makes it a small challenging for a newbee. I fell it would have been less difficult to place if the double was for the typical side but then you would still have to make confident that the double was not placed backwards! Seriously have to spend attention. SO I GUESS IT DID NOT MATTER! Follow THE DIRECTIONS It comes with 2 plugs! It has a double and a single. The double goes on the clear cmos side and the single is for the standard.This has to be placed exactly in the correct position to operate. Incorrect placement will result in harm to your computer |

EZ Setup & with a small work can very easily be added to an in-case solution via a straightforward case mod The wires are long so that efficient cable management is a challenge. Shorter wires & Newegg must drop the price b/c this is Ū less costly "where your very best buys are constantly at....guaranteed.." I would have bought mine here but ya gotta save exactly where you can.... |
Tends to make it significantly less difficult to reset CMOS on a failed boot from also higher of an overclock. Has 3 wires for most boards, but my board makes use of two (simply place the jumper on the pins to reset), and it isn't a difficulty. I paid much more for it, someplace else. My graphics card sits on top rated of my reset CMOS jumper, and this makes me not have to pull the card out to reset it.
