This is your standard USB drive.I figured I'd get more read/write speed though.I bench marked it, and averaged a 6mb/s write and 15mb/s read.I was pretty disappointed with that.There are 2x16GB flash chips in there with 1 controller.(I don't have it with me or I'd put the model No's)Other then the transfer rates, I've had no issues.I've dropped this 3 times since I've bought it, and it bounces! Great durability. |

Well...I was enticed by the price....but was disappointed by the write speed. Let me explain....I tried copying about 5gigs of files from My Documents onto the Memory stick. The average write speed was somewhere around 3MB/s....which is very slow in my book. When I copied these files back...I was getting more of what I was expecting, something around 21MB/s.If write speed is important...don't get this one. Cons: A little bulky compared to other drives

I bought two refurbished drives on sale; one doesn't work properly the other is flawless so I'm going to review the fully functioning one.I'm comfortable putting this drive on a keychain because of its protective rubber casing; no worries about it getting scratched or wet. Just be cautious that it does make the drive a little thicker and therefore harder to fit next to other devices.The capacity is great; I use it to play MKV files on my WD TV unit. Performance is good. |

I got this a few years ago. It seemed to transfer data slower than a smaller Lexar I've had for almost 10 years, but it worked well. One day, I unplugged it from the USB port. Plugged it back in a few minutes later and it did nothing. The USB port didn't even recognize anything was there; no flashing blue light, no more data. Sniff. |

This is a good deal, and in fact my 3rd purchase of Corsair flash drives. I just wish that they would improve this cap. For most of those who purchase this device, the will be lost. it comes off to easy. |

PROS : Awesome price for a 32GB drive (30.1GB after fs overhead). As all usb media I had to reformat for ntfs to support encryption. CONS : TRUE CRYPT APPLICATION DOES NOT COME PRELOADED ON THIS DRIVE. Download it here for free http://www.truecrypt.org/downloads Also, I found the write speeds to be unfortunately slow, around 7-12 MB/s. Read speeds average 21 MB/s. |

Cons: The shape looks weird, size larger than equivalent model.
Pros: Sturdy and well built,high tranfer rate . Comment:
The volume is 32GB that means you can store movies and lots of data , the tranfer rate is high , good for video media and watching movies instead of using dual layer DVDs , very handy. I believed it is drop proof and maybe waterproof. Value for money if it is on sale instead of mail-in rebate. |

This is such a great drive. Decent transfer rates, with a cool look and feel. It feels like you can't break it no matter what you do to it because of the rubber. They also provide an extension cord if your ports are in the back or are too close to one another. You don't realize how sweet the cord is until you start using it.The only problem I had was that the blue light is very bright. If can be annoying if watching a movie or sleeping. |

It is advertised on the CompUSA website to have encryption pre-loaded which was the catalyst for my purchase. After receiving it I found out that this is not the case and it has no encryption. Needless to say I will be returning it. |

Picked one up after my 16GB refurb showed errors. So far fairly pleased, but had hoped for better speeds. Good price on sale and much better warranty.
