Works as promised, at least for the first few weeks I've had it. Its quiet and compact and the travel case is handy. I wanted one with a USB and regular outlet and this was the cheapest that had both. Arrived quickly and works fine.

I used this on a long trip, and it worked perfectly. Exactly what I needed, at a very good price. It replaced one that I bought for 3 times the price that was completely unreliable. The compact case makes it easy to tuck in the pocket of my laptop case so I always have it with me.

I'm a professional photographer and often on long assignments, like weddings, away from AC power. Instead of buying more expensive spare camera lithium and flash batteries I use this little cobra power inverter in the car and I can relax, and not worry about running out of power. For the price of the cobra I would have gotten about a half of a camera battery and one tenth of a flash power pack!

This is now the second invertor I have owned, and this one works great. It does get hot after several hours which is to be expected, and the only downfall is how loud the internal fan can get. I use this for my laptop in the car all the time and I have no problems with it at all.

I bought this for a cross-country trip. It worked wonderfully! We used it to charge our cell phones, iPods, laptops, etc. using our standard wall plugs. The unit performed as expected and didn't get excessively hot, which I was concerned about. Very happy with this purchase.
