Cons: none

Pros: Price after a price match
Comment:
I needed some crimper to repair some ethernet cables. I didn't want to pay too much because I won't use it very often. At 10$ after a price match, I'm happy with this item.

Cons: doesn't strip 24 AWG wire (not that you normally need to)Risk of cutting your self on exposed cutting blades

Pros: HeavySharpRJ11 and RJ45 crimper
Comment:
I've used much more expensive crimp tools that had nothing on this thing. In fact, it has a stripper that takes the jacket of the cat5/6 that works better than the more expensive tools I've used.Works great and excellent value for the money.

Cons: none

Pros: Heavy duty and nice cutting tool
Comment:
I did a lot of cable iwth this crimp tool, I bought a 1000ft box of cable rj-45 cat5e and everything is perfect. Those are very "heavy duty" and work perfectly!

Cons: no instructions for the beginner

Pros: sharp, easy to use
Comment:
This was my first attempt at crimping my own wires. Everyone warned me against it...glad I didn't listen and purchased this inexpensive (but not cheap) product. Look at the tool carefully! It will do the work for you if you use it correctly. Can't figure out why it's so much cheaper than the big names.

Cons: Not a "professional grade tool" but it does the job!

Pros: Cost effective solution for the average Joe networker.Strong construction
Comment:
The tool has a heavy duty feel to it and two razor sharp (razor blade) cutting and stripping tools built right into it. So sharp that its easy to cut the wire underneath if your not careful. The alignment of the teeth that punch the connectors down is a little bit off, but it makes the tool easier to manufactur. This is the only thing that differentiates it from a professional level tool.I found that I needed to squeeze fairly hard and even pulsate the grip a bit to get a good connection (not a clean connect the first time).Professional grade tools are a lot more complex and take less energy to operate. If you can dent an empty pop can with one hand you can operate this :)
