Cons: - Disconnects when too many wireless device is using it

Pros: - Price- Strong Wireless Signal
Comment:
This router was a great upgrade to my old router. The signal is strong throughout the house, and still have excellent signal through many walls in the house. The only problem I have is when too many computers connect to the network, the internet would disconnect.

Cons: interval disconnections

Pros: fast if it's up and runningcould cover some distancelightweight
Comment:
it's a decent router that does the job, but it always disconnects even if i had the latest firmware and minimal connections, it happens to be happening at random intervals don't know what the problem is

Cons: Firmware interface seems a little glitchy at times

Pros: Easy setup, speeds seem great, reliable performance
Comment:
Got this four months ago on sale for $60 for my apartment, which is small, so I can't speak for it's range, but I'm very satisfied with it. Took a matter of minutes to get it up and running. Able to run in different wireless modes (N and older, or just N to speed things up a bit), which is handy whether you have some older wifi devices or not.The only problem I've had with it is that when I load up the firmware interface in a web browser to alter  settings, sometimes certain settings pages won't load properly and can't change any setting. I have to hit reload (sometimes as many as a dozen times) before the page will load properly and I can change what I want. Fortunately once it's up and running, I have little reason to mess with settings, so I don't have to deal with this often.Overall, though, I've found the wifi speeds excellent and it hasn't dropped service on me at all. Definitely a good value for the price (especially on sale).

Cons: Could have a high packet loss, but might just be my ISP.

Pros: Great range and wall penetration, strong signal anywhere in house
Comment:
Great router, strong signal that hasn't required too much tinkering. Took about 5 minutes to setup out of the box, no CD required. I wanted a Trendnet TEW 692gr, but NCIX was out of stock, so I decided to go with this. Pretty good alternative.

Cons: A bit pricy, got it on salethe Cat.5e cable came with it is rather short

Pros: Nice and stable so far
Comment:
Bought it to replace my 8-year old Linksys wireless B router that finally kicked the bucket. Got it on sale for about $50, otherwise this model is a little too pricy for my needs. so far it has been nice and stable.

Cons: None

Pros: Great QoS, Awesome Wireless, Lots of options to personalize, Detachable Antennas
Comment:
Pretty much the same stats as the gamefuel with dual antennas instead. Running 5 computers and more with portable devices on wireless and this thing hasn't skipped a beat. update  the firmware on Dlink's website and you're good to go. Firewall is great...Dynamic Fragmentation option rocks when you share a connection with others... no hiccups.

Cons: A bit pricey

Pros: USB port for printers, etcDual BandGood coverageGood signal strengthB/G/NEasy to setupLooks great
Comment:
Hooked this router up in a few minutes. Network was up and running within the hour. It was adjusting the antennaes that took a while. Router is in the basement. Computers are on the second floor. Paired with ASUS USB-N13 and connected at 300Mbps. My other two N150 adapters connect at 150Mbps also. No problems there. The only problem was the internet connectivity itself, but that was a problem with the Rogers line, not the router.

Pros: Stable, Dual Band, Great Signal Strength
Comment:
I have not had any issues or loss of connection in the 2 weeks I have had this router. Nice signal strength, even outside in my back yard and the router is downstairs in the entertainment room (I have my Xbox 360 and PS3 hooked to it). Excellent router.

Cons: -D-Link's 'bsecure' crap (can be turned off)-Have to update  the firmware to get it stable-No gigabit ports-Expensive-Not a true dual-band router - I can't run 2 networks off of this, only 1 SSID at a time is supported.

Pros: -Fast-Stable with the new firmware
Comment:
Overall this is a pretty good router. I wish D-Link would improve on their firmware a little bit (who doesn't?)I have had 0 issues with mine; it would be nice if they would throw in some gigabit ports and get rid of their advertising crap in the firmware (no-one is going to pay for your b-secure service, D-Link).Also, they advertise this as a dual-band router, but it really isn't. It supports running in 'mixed mode' meaning it can run a single SSID off of 2 bands (2.4 and 5 GHz). However unlike a true dual-band unit this one doesn't support running multiple networks on multiple bands. As a result, in order to avoid having my wireless N signal dropped to 54 Mbps and having my signal strength severely degraded by the neighbors, I had to daisy-chain my old Linksys WRT54G into this thing and set it to run 5 GHz exclusive while the WRT handles my GF's laptop and my netbook.

Great product, and great first wireless router, even though I have been told D-link is not the greatest product. I have yet to have any issues with it. Bought it when it was on sale a while back. Would highly recommend!

Pros: Small footprint on my desk, reliable
Comment:
I got this to replace a Linksys that kept dropping signal and never looked back. This router keeps my connection going strong. I also like the small space it takes on my desktop as it stands vertically with the included stand. I've had this router for over a year and can honestly recommend it.

I had little touble installin router and getting wirless networking working. My problems started the next day when I got a security error trying to access my home page. After spending a few hours taking one step forward and two backwards' I brought in help. My friend who was a tecnical wizard got it going, until the next morning. The we had the return of a secuity error acessing the home page. My sister in-law got tirec of wating and called the 800 number for support, and fixed the problem. I normmally us Syslink routers with no problems. I will retun to that fold.

My Linksys died after 4 years and looked at replacing with same unit but this D-link had: 1) Better Price 2) usb flash drive port (sometimes handy with XP systems) 3) Better looking unit (it sits in the open) 4) Had better reviews 5) Had N speed whereas the linksys didn't and cost more! 5) After purchase I was impressed with the ease of control panel as I did not even need to use the instructions to set the unit up. I am old school computer savy and an old unix and Dos user so I don't get lost when the icon wizzy wigs don't work. My install should have been more difficult as I use Vonage Voip phone router in line but the large foldout easy setup poster covered this setup step and I was up an running in 5 minutes along with hooking up security. Great unit.
