Cons: So far none accept it maybe a bit confusing to a novice. A little pricy compared to the other units out there.

Pros: So far, this unit has been very stable. It's data throughput is decently fast and is great for for our backups. It was easy to setup and it recognized our AD structure without any hesitation. An excellent product
