At $4 after price-match, it was still a bit expensive to me (though it was better than all the other options); I wouldn't pay more than $2 for this. Otherwise, does the job perfectly with a DVI-HDMI setup from my HTPC to my HDTV. |

I purchased this along with an HDMI cable. Plug and play and everything worked out of the box. Still working to this day and providing better picture quality then my previous component setup. |

Very handy adapter. No need to buy a DVI to HDMI cable. Sweet deal on sale. Doesn't affect signal. This adapter deserves a 5 star rating for its handiness and unbeatable price on sale. |

Great little piece, I bought it to run an HDMI cable from my HTPC to my projector.I also bought the Belkin Ultimate HDTV Kit which comes with a HDMI - DVI converter. (I didn't notice till after the fact, luckily)This one is a little thinner, which lets it fit next to a VGA -DVI plug, so far so good! |

Cons: It's cheap but of, I’d check it in 6 months to see if threes any build up from cheep parts.

cheap!but the price was right.It's cheap but I’ll check it in 6 months to see if threes any build up from cheep parts, monster cable would be the way to go if you can aford it, the screew downs are to short and can be hard to get at.Theres lot's quistions about the deferance with high end cables vs cpeap with no defferance in the big Q. It's up to you, I didn't have the money so this is it for know! |

Plugged into one of the DVI sockets on my 8800 GT video card, this adapter provides a HDMI female socket for a HDMI male/male cable (pick the length you need for a current, or a future location) to connect to the HDMI socket on my LCD TV. |

I use this adapter to connect my desktop (Nvidia 7900 GS video card) DVI output to my 1080p TV HDMI input. Works great! I did not noticed any artifact or image degradation. I'm not passing the sound through HDMI... my video card cannot do it, and I'm not sure if the adapter can anyway. |

Use it to hook up my 360 elite to my 19" lcd, using the HDMI cable that came with the 360 and this adapter. Colours seem vivid, no visible artifacting of any sort, works great. |

Bought this to plug my HDMI cable into my PVR. The PVR has a DVI output. Seems to do the job as advertised.
