Cons: None, really

Pros: Cheap priceGreat pictureNo lagTons of inputs
Comment:
I bought this for the super cheap Surprise Sale price of $148. I previously had the Samsung 931C (a GREAT gaming monitor) but wanted something larger and with HDMI inputs so I could move my PS3 from my living room to computer room. I had been looking at this for quite a while and had to snatch it at such a great price. Of course, I bought the dead pixel guarantee but didn't need it. I was pretty surprised. Colours right out of the box are pretty balanced. My Samsung was "brighter" but had to turn down the brightness if I was using it for any extended period of time. On the other hand, this BenQ seems to be set at the right brightness. Having 2 HDMI inputs is great since I can plug my speakers right into the LCD. Having all those other inputs is great but have yet to test out the USB ports. Not sure if they're for power or actually do an input/output thing with the monitor. Overall, I am amazed at BenQ as I was worried it might be a sub-par brand. This monitor is amazing at the price I got it for and would be highly recommended (without equal) at that price point.

Cons: Vertical viewing angle, TN panel

Pros: Tons of inputs. No gaming lag. Headset plug on the monitor is plug and play switching.
Comment:
Great monitor with USB and a headphone jack on the monitor. No need to swap between output devices when using HDMI or headphones as you could just plug directly into the side of the monitor.

Pros: - Very clean images- like the colour- nice outputs

I really like this monitor, I personally like the colours it is producing. Love the amount of inputs, as well as the Overlay menu, easy to operate.Would buy another or recommend to Family.

Cons: Speakers have a hollow/weak sound.

Pros: Works great with the xbox 360 connected through the HDMI port
Comment:
For the price I paid (169.99+20shipping) for this monitor I am extremely satisfied with it. I went from a decent player in Black Ops on the xbox360 to a real good player. Works great as a second monitor for my laptop. No complaints yet. I don't use the speakers on the monitor anyway, but should mention that they are weak.

Cons: Colors aren't the greatest, but what can you expect for a monitor this big at that price point.

Pros: Big screen for cheap, nice for gaming. Response time is good enuff for gaming, haven't had any ghosting or anything like that.
Comment:
A great monitor at a good price (i think i paid 179 for it) didn't have any dead pixels and worked good right out of the box. Colors weren't quite as nice as i had hoped for, they seem bit washed out. Some minor tweaking helped a bit but still not great. Overall a good monitor for what i paid for it.

Cons: The foot of the screen is not adjustable. no height and thats a bummer for dualscreen settings.

Pros: Great brightness, sharp color and image, great for gaming.
Comment:
This is a great screen. There were no dead pixel on arrival which was a surprise. This screen is great for gaming and other application. One thing that made me grinch is that you cannot adjust the heigh of the screen. I have a dual screen settings and wastn able to set the screen to the same heigh of the other.

Pros: -great price-great for gaming-great quality

I got this monitor expecting bad quality and dead pixels. I was surprised! This thing is huge! It has amazing quality! Many people complain that it doesn't come with an HDMI cable, but hey, you don't have to pay much for one of those(I can get great ones for $5). It did come with a VGA cable, an audio cable, and a power adapter. As people mentioned before, the CD does not work well, but not to worry, drivers are automatically installed! I tried the monitor on my gaming PC and my PS3, and it has better quality than my HDTV(maybe it's the refresh rate)!

Cons: Color shifts when viewed off centerSide controls difficult to use

Pros: Looks good when sitting in front
Comment:
Not a bad monitor for the price. The color seems to change a bit when viewed from the side but straight on it looks pretty good. The built in speakers are horrible and the inputs are a bit slow to switch. The senseye presets seem a bit gimmicky, they just make the picture look terrible, especially with text. Comment:
i just upgraded from my old samsung 22" LCD to this one. i cant believe the difference between the two. the colours on this monitor are so vivid. the images are very crisp and sharp. its nice to have vga, dvi and hdmi inputs. i cant comment on the speakers that are built in because ive never tryed them but i cant imagine them being very good but if youre buying this monitor its not likely you would buy it for the speakers anyways. the 2ms response is nice as ive not had any issues in games or movies with ghosting. the menu is good as well as it has many options to change to optimize the picture or get it to your preference.

Cons: speakers useless

Pros: large screen, well built, compact.
Comment:
This monitor is great. Right out of the box no dead pixels. The monitor does have a standart VGA monitor/pc hok up which I didnt get from the above right up. I was under the impression you need to hook this up via HDMI which is not the case. The HDMI apears to be only for input like xbox ect(I could not get the monitor to work with the DVI to HDMI cable I bought withthis monitor). Everything you need to use this is in the box. The built in USB hub is very handy but the internal speakers are usless. The sound tha comes out is so flat so be prepared to plug in headphones or run it to a amp/speakers. resolutionand colors are great. Very good purchase. Also good job on shipping NCIX and Canada Post (ground expidited), I sent my order in Friday at 1130am, the package was shipped by 1230pm and I recieved it monday and I live at the far north tip of Vancouver island (not a big town).

Cons: Stand is weirdDoesn't pivot

Pros: 24 inch widescreenSUPER BRIGHTLED backlit
Comment:
When I opened the box I was amazed that I received a small tv but it was actually just a huge 24in widescreen. The brightness on this screen is amazing and its all in 1920X1080 HD. My only gripe is that the stand is a little weird, the screen sits more towards the right side but it is balanced. It just looks awkward.

Pros: Good price! Big size and quality product

Best bang for buck monitor, good price for the panel you are getting. The controls are a bit hard to use, but you would not need them all the time anyway. The monitor lacks height adjustment but it can tilt. Good size and decent weight.

Cons: HDMI makes text look fuzzy, controls are awkward and not easy to get used to, no hdmi or dvi cables.

Pros: Refresh rate, DVI, HDMI, Headphone Jack, windows 7 ready, speakers. Great value for the low price.
Comment:
I bought this monitor because I wanted a monitor with speakers(to reduce cable clutter) and multiple HDMI connections because I wanted to connect my game consoles and PC. The HDMI for the PS3 and 360 look great! No ghosting what so ever. Colours look vivid. Can't complaint. When using my PC bluray player, again, everything looks good. Unfortunately, when it came to using my HDMI connection to my PC for normal text reading; the text looks fuzzy and washed out. I tried everything. I finally gave up and connected it using a dvi cable. Text now looks terrific. No more fuzziness or washed out fonts. Unfortunately, that defeats the purpose of less cables, since now I have to connect the sound cable to the lcd and PC. Small price to pay for such a terrific and cheap 24 inch monitor. I highly recommend it.NOTE : After a week, the DVI solution started giving me fuzzy fonts too. I spent hours trying to fix it and even called BenQ support. Turns out that it was a setting in the lcd menu. If you set the menu "picture mode" to anything but standard, the text will look horribly fuzzy. Be careful.PC : i7-920 video card : ATI 5870

Cons: -The viewing angles are horrible, the same color on a screen will fade as you go further down the screen.-It's a little slow to start up-Switching from one input to another is also slow-Movee and game mode are just plain bad. -Compare to my Samsung T220. HD video has a tendency to lag(ghosting)-Speakers really really bad. Dont buy this because of the included speakers.-Grey bar at the bottom is ugly(personal opinion)-Piece of plastic that comes with the monitor to keep the chords together broke the day i received it. -No DVI cable-Trims of the screen is ligther. My desktop is all black and i can notice a trim of lighter black all around the screen.

Pros: -It has a lot of connectivities.-Can play with x-box 360-16:9-HDMI
Comment:
Had it for a few months (9). Quite happy that I can play x-box 360 on it. But for image quality and color accuracy...

If you're going to buy this monitor, buy the "0 dead pixel guarantee" or whatever it's called. Right out of the bat I had about 6 stuck pixels, 5 of which I was able to fix quite easily by tapping/massaging the area on the screen. One of the pixels is dead. Luckily I barely notice it because it's near the top of the screen, but nobody ever wants a new product with faults.

Pros: Great priceLots of inputsGreat picture and quality
Comment:
I purchased this monitor about a week and half ago. First monitor I got, had a bright white pixel on the center-right of the screen. (Got the zero dead pixel policy)Second monitor had 2 colored stuck pixels on the top right, as well as a faint stuck pixel near the left-center. Third monitor, (Current) has a bright red pixel at the very far top-left corner. All of these were from the Burnaby location.Although I did pay for the express coverage for the no-dead-pixels, I don't think I'll be going back again. Not sure if I've got extremely BAD luck, or this was some terrible shipment, but what a pain.

Cons: Glossy edges are unattractive, IMO.

Pros: Crisp image, no ghosting, good viewing angles and LOTS of ports
Comment:
The picture is sharp, colors true, great for video and gaming with no visible ghosting. I keep it hooked up to my PC and PS3 simultaneously with the 2 HDMI ports - really convenient to not have to swap cables... or own a separate TV! The speaker quality is pretty poor, but what do you expect from built-in monitor speakers? Excellent choice for a 24" monitor at this price!

This is a very bright and clear monitor. It has tons of features and it looks really great. This is my 4th benq monitor and I have never had even 1 dead pixel on any of them. The screen is fantastic but the color modes dont really look as great as other screens I have used. All said and done I would buy this screen again.

Got this on sale for about $220ish. I had a FP931 before this and I was happy with it, so I thought I'll give it a try. After trying it for couple of weeks on gaming (COD 4, BF2, CNC, etc...), video, graphics, I am very happy with the purchase. Speakers are really weak but then I guess thats not the main purpose. Overall very good monitor at a very good price. Definitly recommend for gaming. Looks good too.

Cons: - Not a fan of the gloss piano black frame collects fingerprints and dust like crazy... but it matches my dusty and fingerprinted PS3- Doesn't go to sleep/suspend with the HDMI inputs for some reason- Speakers are terrible, but I wasn't planning on using them anyways... just wanted to test them- The controls and power button on the side don't make it convenient if I want to get a matching monitor- Other than the normal and eco preset the other ones are pretty bad... waaaaayyy too sharp

Pros: - BIG!!!!- 1080p- Beautiful picture quality- Great response time for movies and games- 2 HDMI INPUTS!!!!!!- USB inputs- Easy to set up and install- PRICE!!! Got it for $235 to my house
Comment:
I got this to upgrade from my BenQ G900W 19". When I saw how big it was compared to my old one, I was excited, but at the same time worried I made a huge mistake. It's massive compared to what I was used to... but as soon as I plugged it in, I knew I made a great decision.I'm using both HDMI inpurt, one for my PC, and one for my PS3, and they both look amazing on this beast. It doesn't have height adjustment, or tilt, but for what I need it for, those features would be useless.Inexpensive, great quality picture, tons of connections, zero dead/stuck pixels (so far *knock on wood*).
