Cons: none

Pros: Brand Name, Huge Fan, run cool and quiet
Comment:
Bought the card for my wife puter. I didnt expect much for a budget card, but I was surprised how well it can handle pretty much everything I trought on it, HD movies are great games pretty much all maxed out at 1280 X 1024. one thing dont even bother to use the drivers on the cd, just download the lates Catalyst and you are good to go.Highly reccomended.Cheers

Cons: Huge huge box (1.5 x 1 ft)If using onboard audio, you have to go to BIOS to set audio to "Enable" instead of just "Auto".

Pros: QuietHDMIPlays newer games wellSmaller sizeDoesn't require external power
Comment:
I used this to upgrade an older system with 300W psu and onboard video. Picked it specifically because of HDMI, low power draw, and the ability to play some newer games at 1600x1050. Played some newer games at high settings very well, smooth. I haven't adjusted the fan speeds, but they're quiet enough. This is the best card I can find for under $100 that can play games and with features like these. One tip if you have onboard audio and Vista. After installing catalyst, because of hdmi, ATI sound drivers made the onboard drivers disappear. Go to BIOS and instead of "auto" make sure you set it to "enable" and your hardware should re-appear.

Cons: none.

Pros: inexpensive, fairly powerful

Bought this for my older pc as the fan on my evga 7900gs stopped spinning. I replaced the 7900 with a evga 8600gts 256mb video card I bought a couple years ago, and it wasn't good enough.I recieved about 20-30fps on cod4 on my 8600gts running it at 1280x1024 res with a amd 4200+ oc'd to 2.6ghz and 4gb ddr2-667 ram, after I bought this card and put it in frames jumped to 60-95fps everything maxed on cod4.it's for my old computer used by friends and family so I wasn't too worried about spending a lot of money to replace any parts no longer working, over all I am pleased with the purchase. only games played on the pc are COD4 and Americas Army, and both have fps greater then 50frames which make for smooth game play.

Cons: HORRIBLE ASUS DRIVERS

Pros: Powerful budget GPUDecent cooling, and silentWell Priced
Comment:
I purchased this locally to replace my father's ageing Radeon 9200, as it couldn't power his new widescreen monitor at high resolutions. As a whole this card is great and performs admirably for the price/budget category it is in.The only issue is the HORRIBLE Asus drivers. They are a pain to install, and I quickly gave up and went OEM with standard ATI/Catalyst drivers. After doing some reading it became apparent that this is a problem that exists with all Asus drivers for their new ATI cards. So be weary of that. It however doesn't affect the performance of the card, and I expect it to keep working for years to come. This review was modfied by poster @ 01-13-09 08:21 AM
