Cons: Died after 3 years.....Not that bad for $40

Pros: Worked as advertised
Comment:
I bought this Video card for a HTPC, silent and output was great for what i needed. Worked flawlessly for 3 years of pretty much constant use and then started glitching. Not bad for $40. I just purchased the same one for a replacement.

Pros: Good card for streaming
Comment:
I bought this card few months ago for 35 free S/H and it is still performing well. It does run a bit hot when watching video because there is no fan. Besides that, solid card for streaming. 3 years warranty with Asus, can't go wrong.

Pros: - Price- Silent- Performance
Comment:
I bought this for a basic system that needed a low profile video card, and the fan less design is a bonus as it will not be pushed hard and the tiny GPU fans are a huge failure point IMO.

This is a great silent video card for budget builds. For those that wish to avoid the expense of a high end graphics card for gaming, this is a great alternative.

Cons: only works sporadically

Pros: Specs per Dollar
Comment:
I am very disappointed with this card. Start-up is a of cycling power, adjusting bios settings and re-seating this POS. Even then it is hit and miss. usually I get a display that looks similar to the matrix code, only horizontal, and then a blue screen of death.anyone want a free card? send a self addressed stamped envelope to me.Awful.I hope that the NCIX staff checks this review and contacts me. I'd like a replacement (nvidia this time) or something.

Nice low-profile card and comes with 2 low-profile brackets so even the analog port can be used.

Pros: Cheap, low power, low profile, silent.
Comment:
Bought a used DELL for my nieces/nephews, which has only a 305w power supply so, need a cheap video card that would work. This fit no problems, runs perfectly fine. I think the power consumption is around 20w.Only annoyance, after rebates it was only $23, but the ASUS rebate is an American Express prepaid credit card. Which would be fine, except, who in Canada takes American Express?

Cons: I'm not sure if this will allow me to connect to all 3 vga/dvi/hdmi ports, but I've yet to try.

Pros: Has 1gb of built in ram. After the rebate this was relatively cheap.
Comment:
1st/ I purchased this asus video card because it should be 100% compatable with my asus motherboard.2nd/ I wanted dual monitor display so I could hookup my 40 inch LCD monitor/TV so I could run videos while working on my comp.3rd/ While only running a 32bit system with 4 gigs of GSKILL Ramand with windows only seeing 3 gigs of that, the 1 gig of ram built into the video card allows my system to run effortlessly while watching or crunching videos.

Cons: - Obviously you're dumb if you buy this thinking you'll be able to play a game.

Pros: - 100% Passive so 100% silent- Low-profile, fits in every computer case.- No need of a PCI-E 6pin connector!- Does 1080p easily and doesn't cost too much.
Comment:
For a HTPC "multimedia" computer it's totaly perfect.

Cons: Direct airflow is a must.

Pros: Better then onboard video. Silent.
Comment:
I was curious so I purchased this just to try it out. It's better then onboard video in some situations. I would probably recommend purchasing a version with a GPU fan, as this was sitting at roughly 40-50 degrees idle.

Cons: icky MIR; low-profile bracket not suitable for some computers

Pros: works as it should!; snappy performance with Win7 Aero; DXVA hardware video acceleration;
Comment:
Bought to re-upgrade an older Dell Dimension slimline. Works wonderfully with Win7 and h.264 video.Do note the low-profile bracket may not work with your case - I should ask Asus to send me an alternate bracket, as I'm "borrowing" the LP bracket off a Powercolor 5450!Also come on Asus, what's with the $15 Mastercard nonsense?! What was so bad about cutting us a cheque??
