Fantastic cpu cooler!I honestly wasn't expecting this good of a cpu cooler but it does its just quite well!Kept my Core two Duo at 30C so I was capable to more than clock it from two.5ghz to three.0ghz and it only maxes out at 54C and idles around 35C.Incredible cooler and completely surprising. None Works much better than advertised.

Low cost, very good for duo's, modest, low cost, and affordable its aluminum, has small plastic knobs to hold it in spot rather of screws the aluminum aspect in the cons isnt that negative simply because i only have a 2ghz duo, it keeps it at 30c idle. i got rid of that thermal compound that it came with and used some artic silver, and lapped it

Cools better than Intel's. Loud, push pins annoying though less complicated than Intel's. Cools superior than the intel sink (Pentium Dual Core E5300 @ 3.46 40-50c idle) although it runs loud upwards of 40dec+ with no fan controller Ɠ pins vs. four pins); push pins are annoying even though simpler to place in then intel's.

Decent inexpensive fan. Keeps a Celeron Dual Core E1200 @ 1.six GHz cool anywhere from 30c idle to 38c load. Just as good as the Intel stock fan. Constantly runs at one speed because of the lack of the added pin connector but I knew that when I bought it. If your constructing a low end setup this fan will do. Don't expect to use this if you plan on overclocking.

Does the job. Great cost. None I don't overclock or anything. I just required a dependable cooler for a Pentium D, and this has worked out effectively. It appears like a excellent deal for the income.

operating suprisingly properly. I purchased this to go with the q6600 i ordered OEM. for 8 bucks its undertaking a quite very good job of keeping it cool. i havent attempted to overclock with it however, but after i get some far better fans inside the case, i will see what it can do. cant feel of something bad to say about it.

Affordable? Loud and does not perform with variable speed Mobos. Quickly the loudest factor in the box. I've got a stock case fan and a Rosewill 80+ energy provide, and this issues like a jet engine. I purchased this considering it would be quieter than the stock Intel fan. Waste of บ.

It's huge, it snaps right in, far better than stock, cheap. Spins at complete throttle which is definitely not quiet. Thought mobo may well be terrible, but stock fan functions appropriately. Maybe I got a negative 1. Would have been wonderful if the smart fan selection would have worked. Hey, what can you ask out of an eight dollar portion?

for this value, it is a excellent CPU cooler, keeps my computer system with intel core 2 quad q6600 at around 31-32 degrees Celsius when idle, and around 50 when playing a game, very quiet also. was a little bit of a struggle to put on, but not too terrible wonderful CPU cooler for this cost, certainly satisfied

Low Value! It did what it was supposed to do, and as was advertised. That's why I gave it 5 eggs.I put this on a Q6600 stock speeds, since I believed I was not going to OC - then I did attempt (from two.four to 2.6 I believe), and under some pressure testing, this negative boy went from about 40C to 71C in about 1 minute (And I stopped it - 71C recommended limit for Q6600). At idle and normal gaming and other stuff, I assume it does fine for what it is and how low cost it is.I did not genuinely compare against the Intel cooler since I did not have one. I also cannot tell you what the temps below anxiety would be while CPU was at stock speeds - BUT I am pretty specific it wouldn't have taken lengthy to attain 71C. Nothing at all genuinely. It's just not meant to assistance overclocking. Also, no speed manage - but that is listed (or rather not listed as available) in description. Excellent for a simple set up with light use. Can't beat the price.

Evaluations for the Intel E5300 said get a upgrade fan, so I got this one. Simple to set up, runs wonderful, CPU stays about 30 celsius no matter what I run. Didnt comprehend it was a 3pin, wish I would have gotten a 4pin for my mobo's full characteristics.

I personal a Q6600 presently overclocked to 2900mhz. It was beginning to chafe with the stock cooler (reaching 50-60 degrees) so i bought this and installed it. WOW! My idle temps are down from ㅥ to ㅟ. Load temps are from ㅴ to ㅪ. Enjoy it. The plastic push pins are type of annoying. The screw in design is greater and enables for far better core contact. Also, inside the box you get, there is: A CPU cooler, and a tiny packet of thermal goo. No instructions, no documentation, nothing. I guess that's what i get for buying budget. Also, the supplied thermal goop is WORSE than the stock intel stuff. I think that tells you a lot. This point is good, even though i genuinely want evercool would go with the screw design.

A decent cooler for C2D. Finest point about this is the fan. I purchased numerous just for the fan. The aluminum core should be copper. The square core is good, assuring complete contact with CPU heat spreader.

the fan is ok to replace a stock cooler. i had to bootlegged the fan to get it on lol. I cut the clips off and just tighten the fan down with some screws in order for it to fit in my inspirion 530 cutting the clips exactly where fun! ^_^

CPU from 3.2Ghz to three.49Ghz. and this cooler keeps it at 32C.(see other thoughts) none nicely the laptop is in a humidity controlled and A/C cooled Server Hall. so the 32C at three.49Ghz mite be from a thing else.

It clipped into my motherboard just fine, and it cools my cpu as properly, moves a good amount of air I'm working with it in a media Computer and it is very loud for this use, but what can i anticipate for this price? It would possibly be fine for a technique that doesn't need to have to be quiet. I consider i may well just adjust the fan on it, to a single that isn't so loud.

Nice cooler with included grease. Quieter then I thought it would be. Keeps my Celeron D cool. The heatsink and fan are larger then the image does it credit. If you are tight for space around the CPU socket you may possibly look at one more cooler. The pins to hold the cooler on were a little tough to engage. Immediately after taking some time they secured. With no instructions you want to be extra positive the cooler is locked down correctly. All round a great cooler for the funds. I needed an affordable cooler for my celeron d CPU and this does the trick. Will purchase it once more if required for a different related project.
