Cons: Laptop/tablet pouch divider could be sturdier & extend the full height of the bag. Outside bottle holders should be elastic (they're not)

In summary: very nice knapsack. Not perfect though.Upsides: it looks small on the outside, but rather roomy on the inside! It swallows my Dell XPS15 (with extended battery installed) and iPad, and still has enough room left for my Acer Aspire One netbook along with space left for all power adapters plus various knick-knacks necessary for a tech on-the-go (Sony digital camera, pens, earphones, USB flashdrives, various cables, etc etc etc).I especially like the front pocket - it's got a creased partition such that small items don't spill out the moment you pull open the zipper. Very thoughtful.Generally, build quality is of a very high standard - zippers move smoothly and seldom jam, the top handle is well padded and doesn't feel like it will tear or fray at the first sign of a heavy load, and the shoulder straps are thick and super comfy.Downsides: as roomy as the main compartment is, the divider is a wee bit small and thin, and really does a poor job of keeping small items settled in the bottom of the bag from being crushed by heavy laptop. This also leaves far too much of the laptop exposed at the top and vulnerable to scratches & dents from all of the other items stowed at the top front of the compartment or packed in the middle.As well, the drinks pockets are very hard to access - elastic flaps would help enormously.My complaints/drawbacks are really more nitpicking and suggestions for improvement, as it is this is a very sturdy bag and it serves well as long as your typical loads are not super heavy or bulky. I am very satisfied with it and a very good value especially considering the price paid.
