Comments: Don't fully grasp why some folks are complaining about them. I have 7 of them in my case. 5 two connectors IDE, 1 3 connector IDE and 1 floppy. In my opinion, they genuinely add to the looks. BUT, they can be broken. I know, I broke a single but it took allot of abuse ahead of it quit lighting up. |

Cable is properly constructed and the ends really feel safe. The EL wire inside is pretty weak. Right after a few months it's barely visible, and now right after close to a year it's no more than passive decoration. Fiberoptic cable and an LED would have been additional expensive but a decent alternative to the EL wire- at least it would last. On the flip side, if you're spending that significantly on cables, you have a appropriate to count on the factor to last. Bottom line: It appears nice whilst it lasts, but don't be disappointed when it fades. |

- Appears cool all lit up and nicely- Naturally enables much more airflow than a ribbon cable.- Actually cheap - Not actually as vibrant as the image tends to make it seem. The litup "thing" just is narrower and significantly less blue in true life than how it appears in a photograph I guess. - The energy wires for the light up portion are lengthy/messy and I can't really get them to look neat. I guess the energy wires have to be extended sufficient for everyone to be capable to use it's just that it does look sort of messy when I (and I picture most folks) don't will need half the amount of slack. If you are great at wire management and have a place to stick that converter box it would appear greater.My power supply has blue LEDs and it genuinely overpowers the light. Like yet another reviewer said it almost appears white when compared. It's still one thing even though.It is a small stiffer than I expected but that's the trade off with finding rid of the ribbon so I didn't thoughts. Also, it's not like you touch it soon after installing.If I required another one I'd be just as most likely to obtain this as a non-light up round cable. |

It lights up effectively and looks sweet, not to mention the invertor can be stuck anywhere in the case and is rather tiny. NOT as vibrant as the pics show, perhaps half as bright. Add to that any other lighting you could have and it gets kinda dim, noticable, but dim. if your getting it pondering it is gonna be a center of focus in your program, believe once again. It lights up, just not as bright as shown. It is a good accent piece, but if you currently have rounded cables I wouldn't bother spending the money on this. On the other hand if your hunting it get rounded cables it's not a bad piece to pick up. |

Wonderful searching cable. It is far more of an aqua color - but with having dark blue LED's in my case it really sets it apart and looks snazzy. Lil atenuator is poorly constructed, be gentle. Worth it for case modders and show offs =D |

Effectively, how a lot of pros can you come up with for a CD drive cable? It's really cool hunting, it was uncomplicated to install, and it's blue-ish? It looks a lot more green-ish than blue in actual life. But it's nevertheless great. Other than the fact that it's not as blue as I would have liked, it's a good cable. |

It looks cool for a although following you put it in. It transfers data. It's a pretty high excellent cable. As has been stated, fades over time. Also, I buy rounded cables for significantly less clutter in my case. This issue has a complete seperate energy cable and converter box and stuff that, whilst nonetheless much less space than a complete IDE cable would take up, it sort of defeats the goal. |

They're pretty vibrant and appear good in my case. The Pull-tabs make it effortless to get them in and out. The wires top into the connection plug are exposed. Inverter box is kinda hard to hide.Other than that no significant problems so far Newegg shipping is kind of costly. Took my Total cost from พ to ว.which is additional than i wanted to devote on 2 IDE cables and a SATA II Cable |

Its round in a modest Case thats all SATA except for this cable. It performs fine information transfer wise. EIDE Hard Drive 500 GBCheap My wifes Case I built her for her company household office has clear sides, little form element MB and Case. Got this cable for a 500 GB drive for her Video storage. Blue led stringer wraped around cable wont light up. Oh well not worth the difficulty to return. EIDE Cables round are the way to go in any case any much more. Flat cables block air flow. Tiny Case with modular power supply cleans up mess of un required wiring. |

Its round and not massive and bulky like a standard IDE cable therefore, enhancing airflow. Not extremely versatile at all, light spiraling inside not vivid at all, my 12inch cathode light makes it appear like white string..., 18 is also big for a desktop atx case get it not for looks, but price tag |

looks great. the glow it nice, and is not overpowered by any other LED's in my case it doesnt match the blue LED floppy cable. floppy cable has much more of a green blue tint, whilst this 1 is light/sky blue |

Comments: these are tho bombi got two of them and they have a great glow they go nicely with with most common blue lighting wether it be a fan or lighted crucial board the blue light is practically exactly the identical color as any of the above products i got some of the shorter ones they fit better as the cables are quite stiff indeed and i didnt want to bend them to significantly for worry of kinking the light-wrap inside way sweet!!! |

It looks quite cool and it functions. None so far. I bought this not realizing that the DVD burner I purchased had SATA connections only. Oops. Effectively, I guess I could just use each my new and old DVD burner in the similar system... result in I kinda seriously like the look of this cable. |

RoundedNeon light..Excellent length (for my case mid tower)Inverter was somewhat simple to hide... just depends on your case.. Makes a faint but Actually annoying high pitched whining sound... if you have your Computer someplace beneath a desk you could not be capable to hear it but it is still there..Inverter was somewhat All round quite fantastic... looks nice in my case! |
appears excellent sitting inside my aspire case window with the blue fans. the plastic covering more than the ends of the connectors keeps slipping up the cord. i know what men and women are saying about the color and brightness, but regardless it nevertheless appears cool and i dont regret purchasing it, in particular for the cost.
