Cons: - Partially sleeved cables- Price- 3-year warranty

Pros: - Excellent performance- Quiet- Stunning exterior design- Good cable lengths and number of connectors- Brilliant rail layout

Picked up this power supply this morning, had a bit of an issue installing it (as it is a bit longer then my old 620W PSU), had to pull out some stuff from the PC to install it (Also read that it will not fit some Mid-Towers and probably won't fit smaller towers and HTPC). Once installed, I had no problems, it even fixed my booting issue (which I figured was due to not enough power for my new video card and hard drive.).It's very nice knowing that the power supply is future proof (as much as it can be) as my old 620W power supply even though it was design for SLI, it was unable to power my new GeForce 295 GTX video card due to the fact that it needed an 8 pin power cable. This comes with lots of 8 pined power cables, enough to run 3 video cards!Cable Management is always a plus! And the fan seems to be very quite on the system.Overall I'm happy with the Power Supply even though I had to spend a few extra dollars.

Cons: -it's only weakness is its size. but this is a 1050W PSU. its roughly 2 inches longer then your run of the mill power supply. this can be a problem for a mid size tower's 5.25 drive bay.

Pros: -powerful. 1050 watts of awesome-extremely quiet-modular-velcro straps for cable management. nice touch-more 12v rails then you can shake a stick at-molex connectors with an attachment you can squeeze for easy disconnection!-among the most efficient power supplies in the industry.-etc etc etc...
Comment:
This power supply is for the enthusiast and its price reflects that. You get what you pay for though. This power supply exudes quality. It actually had a "new power supply smell" which was probably a result of its extremely durable finish. It comes with enough modular cables to hook up any device your likely to attach to it. One option i really like about this power supply is that it will continue to run its fan for up to a minute after you have turned off your computer, continuing to remove heat from your case even after all other fans are off. This power supply will deliver clean power an will protect every investment you attach to it.

Overall this is great for this price also its modular so its very useful because right now I'm using Antec 900 so if there is more cables I wouldn't see my mother board

Very Nice Unit. The Box of the unit is misleading...Says it ATI Crossfire rated and has no indication its SLI rated. This review was modfied by poster @ 03-06-09 11:06 AM
