Superb!!! Worked great on my external 1 TB Fantom Drive. Connected the cable to the drive, connected it to my external ESATA motherboard connector. Worked like a charm. Nothin. Anybody who provides this cable less than five eggs, is just not simply pleased. I don't count on this cable to walk to the fridge and get me a beer or one thing. A cables a cable, unless it's defective of course.

Does what it's supposed to do. None. I bought this to connect my 1 TB external challenging drive to my double port ESATA card. It functions good and is longer than related cables. No complaints.

Operates excellent! Connectors are high good quality. Length is lengthy for a ESATA cable! None I have been working with my WD MyBook external hard drive more than USB for the final couple of months. Quickly delivery. Good cable length. Operates fine, but had to set external drive to SATA I mode, which is nonetheless considerably more rapidly than using USB mode. Does what it says. My speeds are way more rapidly now than they ever have been with USB May demand editing for it to properly fit into your external difficult drive. I purchased this for use with my WD MyBook backup challenging drive. It took me hours to get it to perform in the initial location (I had to allow the external SATA RAID controller as it controlled my esata). After this, the hard drive would spin up when I turned the personal computer on, but would not appear in windows. After about a dozen additional restarts and what not, I ultimately got it to perform. My personal computer only recognizes the drive about every other time I turn the computer on although. At times I can turn the drive on when the computer is currently on and it will recognize it... who knows. Verify reviews of comparable WD Drives if you have one... its an acknowledged problem that on many drives, the port is set in too far aka the prong on the cable isn't lengthy enough and needs some "fixing"...

Purchased two of these. They perform good without challenges. Additional length permits me to place my external drives out of the way. None except the connectors were bent. Each cables had bent connectors. It was an straightforward fix so not a true challenge.

I have an external WD 500 GB that I was working with more than USB but it also had the selection to use eSATA. I ultimately configured my Pc with external eSATA ports, and now my transfer prices quadroupled. I actually didn't count on such a dramatic increase and I couldn't be additional pleased. I wish the eSATA specifications permitted stable connections more than longer distances but that is unrelated to the high quality of this cable. No complaints yet. Cable performs as advertised.

worked well for one particular day. stopped working totally just about promptly. I purchased this cable to use with an external difficult drive that has dual eSATA and USB 2. interfaces. the first time it worked it worked significantly quicker (why I got it) than the USB interface.but alas, it stopped working and failed me the 1st time I took it out in the actual world and I didn't have a backup cable so I was out of luck.wouldn't advise unless you're a gambler.

Great thick cables, strong locking ends. Appear properly shielded - hence the thick element. Great thick cable....tricky to bend - but then once more that is not such a negative point - shielding has to come with a cost. Running two to external Fantoms, and 1 to an external Rosewill cage - when it arrives tomorrow - will post if any issues. The Fantoms are rock solid.
