Overall I would say that this router definitely did its job for the short amount of time that I've had it, however, I most likely will never purchase another engenius product. Streaming 1080p videos was always troublesome due to constant buffering/lag issues, constant disconnections on XBL etc.Again it did it's job, for the price however you can definitely find much better routers on the market. Cons: If it doesn't, you're screwed! (I intended to give this 1 star, but NCIX's brilliant system is preventing me from doing so despite my in-store purchase receipt information.)

Pros: If it works, I assume it's great.
Comment:
This product came out faulty but was hard to diagnose due to the nature of internet problems. I got bad lag-spikes despite attempts trying to tweak settings, update  components/software, etc.Due to this, by the time it was isolated to the router the return back to NCIX was no longer valid. The real fun began trying to deal with Engenius support:- Their website is unintuitive; registering for warranty involves entering in personal information only to have it disappear with no way of managing it.- Their forums is virtually dead. Posting there will get you nowhere.- All of their support is geared for company/business oriented use & is abysmal at best.I tried contacting them only to find their support email was dead (eventually forwarded to the right one not listed). They offered me a rigid generic RMA form structured for company use which demanded I pay for repairs + shipping. There were no exceptions, just additional limitations stating that you weren't even eligible if NCIX was not a registered dealer with them.I couldn't even negotiate to get an understanding. The personality there seemed nonexistant with treatment like I was a number, not a customer.Verdict: I got no constructive response back. The router does not perform everything it says it should and has become an elaborate paperweight. The cost of RMA-ing this would be the same as buying a new proper working one!

Cons: Table Top - Not Standable On It's Side.

Pros: Price *onsale*, Gigabit, Stream Engine Optimized, Wireless Range Strong, Setup and Interface Enhancements, Runs Cool, Sturdy Build, Moderate Size, Nice Appearance.
Comment:
I've replaced my D-Link 825 with this router and haven't looked back. The wireless range is very good and I have disconnected my Engenius repeater I had upstairs. The interface is loaded for tweaking and is easy to configure for novices. There's a Stream Engine optimization feature that apparently helps to alleviate data traffic however I haven't quite felt it's performance. I will say that my network is very responsive as is the internet performance from this, my speedtests have resulted in slightly lower pings (example on my high speed cell I saw pings 89-110ms with d-link...I see 72ms now which I never before). Remember this is on Rogers HSPA+ Cell Network....There are 2 antenna's that attach to the side of the router that don't allow the router to stand on it's side, if that's an issue it was slightly to me however I'm happy how I've reset my equipment up now. Also I've not noticed any slow downs yet as I did with my Dlink which had to be reset 1 to 2 times daily...that's worth every penny alone! My internal Gigabit network is snappy all the same...I like it for a router that sets up out of the box on stock firmware and runs...Very Good. Firmware Version I have is 1.0.07, 2010-04-01Remember to reset the router - Press and Hold the WPS button on top of the router for several seconds...lights will go off.

Cons: Not much better in range than my DLink

Pros: Small, good price when on sale
Comment:
I bought this a while ago to replace my Dlink router at home. I haven't used it there but took it out to work instead. I was hoping for a better range but I haven't compared it to my home router for distance which would give me more to compare. Having said that I think it is a fine router and they seem to have a good reputation. ( I am no network guru)

Cons: None that I have found

Pros: Fast and Reliable
Comment:
This router has performed perfectly for me. I didn't realize how bad my old (very old) router was until I hooked this one up. I immediately noticed an improvement in my network speed. It was quite easy to set up and has been perfectly reliable so far. I read a lot of reviews on many different routers before deciding to purchase this one and I am very satisfied with my decision.

Cons: LED's are a little dim.

Pros: Fast, lots of Features, great signal strength, looks great.
Comment:
This is a great little router. Noticed an immediate improvement over my existing G router & wireless. My Shaw connectivity would only hit 16Mbps on the G Router, getting full 26Mbps with this guy.I'm a bit of a techie so it was a huge relief not to be forced into those awful "easy setup" menus. (That don't always work!) They are there if you want them, but I had this up and running in 5 minutes. My only complaint is that the LED's are a little dim, but on the other hand, hearing about rooms that glow blue due to overly bright LED's, this has very little impact on the room it's in. You can see the LED's fine when you are close, but if you have it across the room it's tough to see.Highly recommended.

Cons: Extremely small Ethernet cable in box.

Pros: -Throughput-Strong Wireless N-STEAM-Works well with XBOX 360
Comment:
This router replaced a Belkin that was giving me all kinds of grief. The router has significantly increased my download speeds. I simply LOVE it! Any certified network technician that knows his stuff will tell you that EnGenius routers are rock-steady. Have it connected to my XBOX 360 and Samsung LED TV and haven't had any issues. The router prioritizes gaming with the STEAM feature. Highly recommended!
