I bought these at the beggining of the year and after having completely random crashes for months I discovered that I had gotten a bad kit. I contacted G-Skill RMA and they sent me a new kit (although I had to pay for shipping the old kit to them). The new kit seems to be stable and working as intended. However, if you are planning on overclocking I suggest you look elsewhere because these are horrible overclockers.I could not get them stable even at a modest 1866 overclock, even after loosening the timings to 11-11-11-30-1T with a tRFC of 160. I only increased the voltage to 1.56, so more voltage may have helped, but these timings are still bad compared to other kits when overclocked. However, I suppose I can't really complain as the replacement kit does seem to work as intended at stock settings. I bought them because they were cheap, but I'm thinking now it might have been worth it to spend 20$ more for a higher quality kit.
