I used to use a Razer Blackwidow and thought that was the best keyboard I have ever had. I had to move rooms to another room in the house and found that the Blackwidow was too loud as it is blue switches, so I decided to do some research and stumbled upon this keyboard. This keyboard was actually my first choice as the Noppoo Choc Mini was my first choice, but the shipping would take too long on it, so I decided to get this keyboard. This is by far the best keyboard I have ever used and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new mini keyboard.

If you are looking for a very compact mechanical keyboard, any of the Minila series from Filco are very great products to own.Keyboards featuring this compact layout are very hard to find in North America and can cost even more than this Filco after shipping costs are included. Being the first of it's kind available, it is a definite must for those who desire such a keyboard.The build quality is excellent, as would be expected from a keyboard with such a price tag and there are no complaints about the quality of the product.For some users, the reduced size of the space bar may be an issue depending on where they are used to pressing it. However, if desired, there are built in switches that can easily be changed to turn any of the function keys into "space bars".The special switches also allow the user to disable keys such as the Windows key and also swap certain keys on the keyboard (such as the backspace and \ key). The keyboard also comes with replacement key caps and a key cap remover if you desire to make these changes.Any complaints people could possibly have may involve the key layout (lack of many keys such as F1, F2, etc.) requiring the use of the function key to activate. However, all compact keyboards make this trade-off and is completely expected. The final problem is the price for the keyboard. Since this is the most accessible keyboard of this size, it is difficult to find anything cheaper. Alternatives in North America are much cheaper, but do not provide the same compact design.Overall, the Filco Majestouch Minila is an excellent keyboard. If you are willing to pay a premium for this keyboard and have no issues adjusting the the small space bar, there will likely be not many other complaints for anyone looking for a compact mechanical keyboard.
