Pros: -Light and quiet tactile feel-Matte finish-Ninja
Comment:
After using my black switch Filco Majestouch 2 keyboard for about a year, I decided to stumble across this keyboard after hearing many good reviews about brown switches. When I started typing and gaming on this keyboard, the feeling was absolutely amazing. I enjoyed the tactile bump and lightness of each press compared to the black. I also like the material used on the ninja keyboard compared to the original smooth texture one, since the ninja has a matte finish. Overall, I highly recommend this keyboard.

Cons: This board is my "portable" mechanical keyboard. It is tenkeyless (no numpad) and so fits in my bag. Unfortunately, the Cherry switches are mounted on a metal plate, not the PCB (true of every tenkeyless board I know of). This makes the keyboard much more durable, but a bit heavier. Not much of a con, but I wish it was lighter.

Pros: Cherry MX Brown switches (tactile bump, no "click"). Hottest girl on the beach. Feels fantastic. Ninja (key legends are on front of key, not top). Blue Leds.

NCIX, what took you so long??? :)This is a great keyboard. It was apparently made by the same OEM that makes the CM Storm Quickfire Rapid tenkeyless keyboard (Costar), however the CM board **didn't work in OS X**; this one works fine.My new recommendation for PC builders is to spend $150 on a keyboard (yes, a Filco) before spending > $150 on a CPU.This is my third mechanical keyboard, and I wouldn't recommend anything else. Period.

Cons: Very expensive

Pros: Solid build

Very recommended keyboard for enthusiasts and anyone that type heavily. I've bought the CM Storm which had the same ten less key form factor but had blue switches but found it to be really loud so I returned it. I decided to spend spend the "little" extra and get the top of the line mechanical keyboard. Reasons I like this keyboard:- Mat design (no glossy extra), meaning the keyboard doesn't accumulate dust and fingerprints ( like the DAS keyboards).- Geek style blank top keycaps, yet still shows key text on the frontal side. - Brown switches are very conformable and has a good feedback without being too noisy.- Comes with a plastic cover that fits perfectly (it better come with one, I paid !160)- No distracting backlight or useless waste of space keys. (This is a personal pro, because I'm a programmer and gamer I don't feel the need to look down at my keyboard to type and the small size allows the mouse to be closer to me).Reason why I hesitated to buy this:- The price is ridiculously high.- USB connector isn't replaceable (directly attached to the frame).- No wrist rest... although I learned with my old Macbook pro never to rest my wrist or I'd become emo and the edges would dig in my wrist. If you are an RTS gamer, a heavy typist or a programmer... Don't worry about the price it's all worth it in the end.Thank you NCIX for being the first and currently only distributor of FILCO keyboards in Canada.

This keyboard feels and looks great.I also have the Leopold tenkeyless with brown switches. The keyboards are very much alike, however the thing I love most about the Filco is the ninja style keys. What is really nice are the accessories. It comes with the two windows keys to match the ninja theme (I think everyone would chose to use them), the key puller (works very well), and a plastic cover. The cover is nice to put over the keyboard if you have cat, or are just paranoid about dust. And yes the keys are interchangeable with other MX cherry switches.
