Cons: 1. Price. It's more expensive than the cheaper membrane style keyboards, but that's a characteristic of all mechanical style keyboards.2. No backlight. A backlight for the keys would make this a perfect keyboard for me.

Pros: 1. Size. I rarely used the numpad on full sized keyboards. So, I like the space savings on my desk that this keyboard gives.2. Feedback is great.
Comment:
The unit I was shipped had a defective cable. It was pretty hit or miss if the keyboard would show up in Windows when you plugged it in. After almost a couple weeks of the disappearing keyboard trick, I finally had the time this weekend to investigate the issue further. As it turns out, there is a section of the cable, about 6 inches ion length, that when I bend it a bit back and forth, causes the keyboard lights to flicker really fast for a second or two, after which it's detectable by Windows. As such, I've filed an RMA request, and hope to hear back with an approval soon so that I can get this unit replaced.Other than that, and the lack of a backlight, this keyboard is awesome.

I wanted to change my keyboard for a while and when searching for the best keyboard around, I started to learn about mechanical keyboards. After a lot and a lot of research, I got to the conclusion that the Filco keyboards are supposed to be the best if u dont need any fancy feature like macros and backlighting. So I went for this keyboard and I must say that I am very satisfied with it already (got it for a few hours). The feeling and the precision is just amazing. The brown switch feels good to me, even if I dont really feel the bump because I type too hard for now. Still the sound when I bottom out is incredible. Finally, all I can say is that this keyboard meets my expectations, and they were very hight.Note1: The green keycaps are "bigger" than the others, so it is good for playing an FPS since you can get back on them by feel if you move your hands, but I find it annoying for everything else. You still have the black ones that look pretty nice also.Note2: The switch choice is personnal, so I recommand to try them before or listen to videos of people typing on them to get an idea of how they would feel. The brown is very light and I like it. I can't compare with the other switches since it is my first mechanical keyboard, but if you want more information on them I suggest reading http://www.overclock.net/t/491752/mechanical-keyboard-guide
