My board had a dead SATA port on it. I assumed it was the cable at first but i swapped ports and everything has worked great since!!!

Works fine and a good price. I also need to buy a power adapter to hook up the drive. In the past all the necessary cables were in the box. It was a great inconvience to find that I had to order these two items before I could use the new drive.

its a sata cable and works as it sould, i have 4 from here and never a issue, a lil pricey but you get what you pay for

It's a cable. It came (very quickly) with both ends attached. It had the correct number of pins, and fit where it was supposed to fit. Very nice shade of red. If you are looking for a red cable, fully assembles out of the box, at a great price with fast delivery - this is the one for you!

One Red, one Black in a Raid 0 array. Installed for about a month, and no complaints. When a cable works, a cable works.

I started to buy a SATA cable at my local Best Buy but the only one they carried was pretty long and over twice the price as this one from Tiger! Cable was easy to connect and a great buy!

Works as advertised. Contrary to popular opinion I really like the metal tab locks, as some of the sata ports are too wide on my board and the regular sata cables sometimes pop out when moving. I gave it a 3 for quality because if you apply torsion to the cable, it makes a snapping sound as if fibers were breaking (not wires, fibers.) Don't know what it is, sounds sort of like breaking a glowstick.

nice cable. have it connected to a dvd burner and it fits nicely. not lose a bit. its also a decent length so it should work in bigger cases. flex's nicely as well too. after playing with cables that flex like #2 solid copper wire you will be glad this one is flexible.

from the picture in the ad it looks like these cables don't have those aggravating metal clips, but hold it! they have the clips (photographer must have got a bonus for hiding them)fortunately I also ordered the cables to go 90 degree cables which are spot on. great service from Tiger, as usual. I love Tiger Direct!
