Affordable and in a bundle with CPU even greater but.... Worst MB ever, I´ve been getting Blue Screen of Death since June, when I get the 1st MB, then send it back and got one more 1 two week later, identical factor, it start with the Blue Screen of Death a month later. I´m tired of rebutting just about every day. I identified out I wasn´t the only one. Great value board that can run Core two Quad CPUs (many of the worth boards can't due to energy limitations). BEWARE: You have no potential to adjust system voltages so you are unable to use any DDR2 RAM with this board that needs more than 1.8v. I virtually got burned by this. This also severely limits overclocking selections, but this board genuinely isn't meant for that. All round it is a great board but the lack of technique voltage control holds this board back. I'm confident they did it so this board doesn't cut into the sales of larger priced boards but they must have offered at least DDR voltage manage. |

Great inexpensive replacement board for standard computers. MSI web site stated the board supported Pentium D 805. Nicely I tried 2, one particular from the machine I'm replacing and one particular from a running rig. Would not post at all. Very disappointed that I now have to either send back to Newegg for a refund or sell my client a single of my Core2Duos in stock. Had I known this I would have just sold him a new pc to begin with. Uncomplicated with everything in one particular package. Was hunting for a MB with onboard video and it works effectively. I got every thing in 1 day. MB, case, processor and ram. place it together within one hour and moved HDD's from old tower to new one particular. Powered up added new drivers and its good. The simplest develop I have had in a long time. None so Far. |

This is a fantastic solid, workhorse motherboard. Has a handful of incredibly restricted overclocking characteristics but doesn't enable voltage alterations for the CPU or memory. Even with these limitations I managed to overclock an E3300 from 2.6ghz to three.6ghz working with stock voltages. The sound is incredibly good on this board and has an internal SPDIF connector to pass DD, DTS, etc. digital signals to an A/V receiver for decoding. This board isn't for overclockers of persons wanting a lot of bells and whistles on a board. Consider of this board as a pack mule that can do a couple of tricks if you are lucky. I use this board in an HTPC and it does all I need and a small additional. |

Worked proper out the box posted swiftly. Can overclock the cpu.integrated graphics better than I expected Runs dragon's age origins 1 on med to high settings based on your resolution. none, newegg consumer service was wonderful replacement for dead motherboard |

Affordable, functions well for a no frills motherboard Has no overclocking selections beyond changing the FSB If you are seeking for a motherboard with additional than just the bare minimal of features then obtain something else. I got this in a combo deal so the price tag was suitable. Otherwiae I would never ever have purchased it. |

It functions fine for me since the only expansion card I have is a GTX470 Weird placement for the 'On' button wire connector, CPU fan placement is annoying, system fan connectors are also a bit tough to reach, absolutely nothing to take an egg off for. none |

booted up proper away no difficulties. recognized all my hardware also with no difficulty. This was a replacement motherboard for an acer M5640 mcp73pv motherboard gone poor. No firewire (knew that going in so can't put it under con) and I had a selection among stripping the connector for the front panel and connecting the wires individually to the board or just acquiring a new case. (as my oem front panel connector was created in my opinion for me to only get a replacement board from an acer outlet dealer for over a hundred dollars) I opted for a affordable ฤ case. It worked like a charm no challenges. The board will enable you to overclock the cpu but with out voltage manage so it's not an overclocker's board, and the DRAM frequency will improve with the cpu raise automatically. Once again no voltage control as far as I can see. I knew what I was finding going in as I read all the testimonials so I have no complaints. It's just a solid replacement board or wonderful for modest construct none, knew what I was acquiring Newegg customer service was excellent and I got the board in 3 days |

Effortless Install. Board is small and fits into Micro ATX case nicely. Very good worth. Overclocking is easy. Directions are a joke, but that doesn't matter so much. Only four USB ports. The RAM socket looked curved or bent, but I was nonetheless able to get the RAM inserted. |

Worked correct out of the box, had the correct balance of features together with value. Supports 8 mb of ram as opposed to numerous other m-atx boards that only support 4. In addition it has the onboard realtek 6 channel audio, with six rear audio ports. Bios is super straightforward to update, also drivers and utilities are decent. Only issue I had at all with this board was installing my video card. I picked up an MSI 250GTS Twin Frozr OC to install with this board, and it was really the magic act getting it to fit too. My case is plenty huge, nonetheless the front panel connectors are located directly in line with the pci-e slot. When I set the card in place, it took up 1 of the two pci slots, and wouldn't seat into location. Following removing the card i realized that with my front panel wires in place, they we're keeping the card from seating down. I had to carefully bend the wires practically 45 degrees down toward the back of the case, and wire tied them there. Then it finally seated. If you're building a gaming rig and you're going to buy a huge card, think about an ATX form factor. Not the boards fault although, so not worth taking off an egg. Like I said, if you're going to create even a spending budget gaming rig, take into account forking out yet another 20 to 30 dollars, and get an atx board. |

Great simple board and a reasonable price. Has all the capabilities. Has 2 program fan headers (most have one). P4 connector is in a bad spot. NB heatsink is right next to CPU heatsink (not considerably room for soon after market place coolers).DOA. Board was dead, dead, dead. Didn't do a thing. I have not purchased a MSI board in a although and genuinely wanted to give the a attempt, once more. MSI produced some wonderful stuff in the past, but this is not. Sent back for a refund. I guess I will stick to Gigabyte boards for now..... |

Inexpensive price. Board works OK. 1)The on-board Giga-bit Ethernet won't work with Antech 350W energy supply (Pentium dual-core CPU). The fun factor is that the PCI Giga-bit Ethernet I throw-in works fine with the 350W PS although the on-board one nonetheless does not function. Really happy that I figured it out. The board is so far so good with the new 500W PS.2) The BIOS only permits you to overclock the CPU, no way to downclock it. |
