Cons: Only one PCIE x16

Pros: Good Overclock-erDecent set of features for price
Comment:
Great entry level motherboard. Was able to run a 450 MHz FSB with ease (haven't tried to go higher since my RAM is limiting me).Only buy if you plan to always use 1 video card as it only has 1 slot.

Cons: None so far, except for the software on CD was not functional, It was not needed.

Pros: Fast, Lots of space, Good for one GPU setup.
Comment:
Great Motherboard, easy to install and setup. Bios easy to interpret and comes with cd packed with drivers and some useless software. Installed with GTS250 gpu 4gig corsair ddr2 cheapy ram xfi sound card corsair 520w psu. System runs smooth about 20 seconds boot up from power off to windows. Running dual Operating systems just fine.(XP+Vista Prem).

Cons: Watch what memory you use with this mother board.

Pros: Lots of usb pots, easy install
Comment:
Corsair twin2x4096 memory will not work at 1066 with this mother board. Had to reduce to 800.Other than that great mother board!

Cons: none that I can think of

Pros: Easy and painless install. Very quick motherboard and upgrade. Easy to upgrade bios
Comment:
Great motherboard! Bought it to replace a gigabyte k8ns ultra 939 board. Very easy to install, lots of USB ports right on the back panel, and comes with HDMI port. Together with an Intel E7400, this system is lightening fast when compared to the older system.

Cons: nothing at all

Pros: tones of USB ports and Sata internal connectors
Comment:
its a great budget board with decnt overclocking ability...what more can you ask for at that price. It has lots of USB ports and Sata connectors. Also the extra USB onboard connectors is always a plus.

Pros: Rock solid, stable
Comment:
This motherboard is SOLID. I mean, physicaly solid! It is thicker that most motherboard I used!It is also really stable and made with good components. There is also a seperate gigabyte RAID chip on it that can be really useful.I really have nothing bad to say about it!

Cons: none

Pros: Brand name, high quality assembled, tons of options.

Bought this mobo to replace my old Gigabyte mobo who was damaged during relocation. It's very good mobo, it has everything you need except crossfire. Tons of USB ports, lots of tweaks and options, what more can I say, with the price match of 127 after taxes its was a steal. Higly reccomended.Cheers

Cons: Motherboard has abnormally long post times.

Pros: It's pretty.
Comment:
I push the power button and the PC hangs for 45 seconds before I start to see the BIOS loading. I have tried multiple different BIOS revisions but continue to have the same issues.

Pros: stable and easy overclocker

I always have a Gigabyte board and they have yet to fail me. great stable board and able to push my Q9400 to 3.6Ghz on air. I'm happy running a PC/Hackintosh system with this and have yet to encounter any problems.

Cons: the memory clock setting is quite hard to understand

Pros: the quality of the audio subsystemthe build quality is awesometweakers wet dream
Comment:
The audio subsystem is great, really great. I put a 30db gain on the mic input and plug my guitar and there is no noise if I don't play. On my sound blaster audigy 2 at 30 db there is a lot of noise. This sound chip is able to output at 96000Hzc24bit without any click and pop.The rest of the board is great. The build quality looks solid.

Cons: Runs a little warm, not crossfire like other p45 motherboards

Pros: AMAZING overclocker, stable, great looking, lots of expansion slots
Comment:
So far this motherboard has done everything i've asked of it plus a little that I didn't as well. Great for overclocking and since i'm a single GPU solution kinda guy anyways, this totally fits the bill. I was going to go with the Asus P5Q board, but found out through reviews/people that it somewhat lacked in that department compared to it's older brothers the Pro and the P5Q-E / Deluxe.Great motherboard!!

Cons: It was not the board but the Crucial Ballistix DDR2 6400 ram.( Correction on 11-21-2008)

Pros: Looks awesome, good materials and Ultra Durable Three Motherboard.
Comment:
I have always been a loyal fan of Gigabyte with over 15 built desktops using their mobo. The other day, I had another desktop assembled but was told it could only boot with 2 GB of DDR2 6400 Crucial Ballistix ram and would not boot with 4 GB. I took the Crucial Ballistix ram to NCIX at Burnaby this morning and asked for testing. The good news was one of the Crucial Ballistix was defective and NCIX was swift to have it exchanged. Now my new desktop with GA-EP45-UD3R can boot with 4 GB of ram. The bad news was take my advice, do not buy Crucial Memory as they are junk! Buy Corsair, Patriot or OCZ. Why I bought the Crucial in the very first place? It was because there was C$ 35.00 MIR on every 2 GB so buyers beware of junk. But Gigabyte motherboard, they are the best among all other competitors. In fact, I bought three more today.
