Cons: - No UEFI (not that much of a cons)

Pros: - Not that expensive- Great quality- Great PCI setup for SLI- Looks great compared to the usual baby-blue that Gigabyte uses- Old fashioned BIOS, feels familiar- Great for overclocking
Comment:
One of the nice thing with this board is the PCI disposition for SLI/CF. The fact that there are 2 PCI-E1 between the 2 E16 allows the top card to have some breathing room, which you always want in such a setup. This board is pretty neat when it comes to overclocking too. Sure you have to go through the classic bios, but once you get the hang of it, it is not a problem. Board is pretty stable so far, even though I am nowhere near being an extreme overclocker. Most "mid-to-high-end" boards have similar features. Number of SATA 2 & 3 ports, USB 3.0, at least 2 PCI-E16 slots, 4 DIMMS slots, etc. A lot of boards now sport a UEFI bios, but this one still uses an AWARD one. Not really a cons to me since I'm used to the old-school bios and recent ones are quite good feature-wise.All in all, this board is pretty neat and I would definitely purchase again.

Cons: BIOS was a bit confusing at first, Couldn't figure out how to enable AHCI

Pros: Easy set-upVirtu TechnologySmart6 features allow for quickboot and quickboost(overclock)On/Off charge is handyBlack matte finish is great!Overall well placement of PCI slots, RAM slots, Fan plugins...etc
Comment:
I am glad I upgraded from ASUS to Gigabyte. Much better construction and software. I will always prefer and recommend Gigabyte over ASUS now that I see what kind of products and software they offer.

Cons: a bit pricey, but compared to some of the cheaper alternatives, you can see where your money goes

Pros: ssd caching, visually a nice board, lots of connection options -usb, sata, esat, fire wire, etc and onboard video
Comment:
I had a bit of trouble setting up the ssd caching, but once it was working, no worries. I like the onboard video. More flexibility. Nice power saving features. I usually buy the $100 mb's, but once in awhile I buy the $200 mb to see if there really is much of a difference - not disappointed. So using this mb with 2500k, 16gb ram, and software oc using the easytune6 utility which came with the mb, and a zalman hsf, runs stable at 4.3ghz.

Cons: (minor) has HDMI-out instead of DVI, could use a few extra right-angle SATA cables

Pros: Fantastic layout and multitude of connectivity options; SATA ports laid out perfectly; super easy to overclock; dual BIOS; includes SLI bridge
Comment:
This is one of the best Z68 boards out there right now. I upgraded from an EP45-UD3P and E5200 combo to this board w/ an i5 2500k. Install was super easy. The system was up and I was in Windows 7 in no time. Took all but 5 minutes to overclock my i5 up to 4.5GHz in the easy-to-navigate BIOS too.Installed in a Corsair 600T w/ an H100 on the i5 and paired with 8GB of Vengeance 9-9-9-24 DDR3-1600 RAM. No issues whatsoever and passed POST the first time I turned the system on.SATA ports layout is fantastic allowing easy cable routing and management. Onboard LED status lights are great for troubleshooting and the included software bundle is not only useful, but add even more value to the board. As another reviewer mentioned, this is a good board for a hackint0sh which I will be dual-booting very soon!Highly recommended for anyone looking to build a Sandy Bridge system right now.

Cons: Not a con of the board, but rather this went on sale a week after I bought it.. not that I'm upset.. this board is worth every penny.

Pros: Gigabyte is the premier mobo maker right now afaic, board looks sharp and runs cool, had great futureproof features like USB3.0 and SATA3, plenty of I/O, board is well laid out, great software package if thats something you would use, price is great for a board of this quality.
Comment:
Paired with an I7 2600k and 8gb Patriot Viper Ram this board is sick. Overclocked to 4.5 oob with no voltage change. Bios features and overclockability is a dream for a guy like me.. plenty of cpu and ram settings to really push your gear and max out performance. This is the second gigabyte board I've bought in a row (moved from a EP45-UD4P with e8400) and I feel like Gigabyte for the price offers the best features and performance and durability out of the lot of them. Love the style of the board, black pcb is great, layout of the board is good and runs cool even if you have a warm case.Don't think twice about this board.. if you need a board that is fairly futureproofed the only board I would suggest above this one is the UD5 if you need the extra pci slots. I have also been reading that due to this board featuring dual bios it may be compatible with upcoming UEFI bios which would be a plus. Enough talk.. lets overclock! 100 stars out of 5 :D

Cons: None I can think of

Pros: clean and good looks; nice separation of Intel SATA3 and GSATA3works as advertised; on board hdmi, usb3, an etc.very easy over clocking.
Comment:
I have built many PCs before and this is by far the best motherboard I've worked with; it just worked oob. Easy to read labels on the board, clean SATA layouts, etc. It is compatible with ultra large NH-D14 CPU cooler. O/C software that comes with this board works well. Also, if you're planning to build hackintosh, this board is very good for! I was debating between Asus z68, but I am glad that I went with this board.PS: I'm using 4 sticks of F3-12800CL9-4GBXL RAM that work really well w this board.
