this is the transparent phone from LG mobile, the LG GD900, otherwise known as the LG Crystal. The keypad is completely transparent, and according to my knowledge the slide out part on top is made of glass, the back case covering the battery is transparent but made of plastic, so not as transparent. The phone is a high end phone, at a price of almost $640 CAD. The touchscreen is very sensitive, sometimes almost too sensitive if you are using the full keyboard to text when the phone is turned sideways. It has handwriting recognition for drawing letters, but no stylus support as far as I know. The interface is multitouch, so whatever you can do on the main 3.0' screen, you can do on the transparent pad as well. Has many functions, it is a quad band phone, works anywhere in the world. I am pretty happy with the purchase, as it is my phone+camera+mp3/mp4 player+temporary external harddrive. I highly recommend the 8gb class 6 microSDHC card that NCIX is selling, it is only like $25, very much worth the price, it is fast, and 8gb will be sufficient room for most things you need. Good phone, very much recommend it to anyone who wants a decent priced smart phone and STAND out from the crowd when you hold the LG, GD900 crystal in your hand.
