Cons: -

Pros: sturdy, reliable
Comment:
prosafe products have a great name, look, and support going for them. if you have ever used netgear equipment in the past these are a breeze to setup. any issues you might have and a call to the prosafe support team is generally painless and very helpful. if you want network equipment you can rely on stick with the prosafe line.

Cons: None so far

Pros: Lifetime warranty, managed, supports link aggregation
Comment:
It's Hyperlight's review that made me buy this switch, I was originally looking at not managed ones. Well worth the price difference, flexibility and features are incredible for the price

Cons: Front ports

Pros: Quiet - No fansLink aggregation
Comment:
This was the cheapest switch I could find that supported link aggregation. It is a sturdy metal case that should help with heat over it's lifetime. I'm not a fan of front ports for all the locations I put these switches, but I will live with this instead of going to the comparable Linksys model.

Cons: Only supports two link aggregation setups

Pros: Supports link aggregation and it's managed
Comment:
I bought this switch after reading Hyperlight's review mainly because it's the only switch I could find for under $200 that supports link aggregation. I replaced my D-Link DGS-1008 with this and teamed the two Marvel NICs on my Asus MB to get 2Gbit. For $120, it's a great managed switch, ideal for a small LAN.

Cons: - web GUI minimal- no trunking

Pros: - compact- front ports- inexpensive- passive cooling (no fan)
Comment:
This is a good product for the price, the front ports are easier to plug/unplug, and the passive cooling makes it silent (compared to some cisco's switch which include a fan). The only downsides are that the web GUI is very minimal and not very featurefull and that the switch doesn't support trunking.Anyways, maybe there's a way to flash it with OpenWRT and get around all of that.
