Cons: Fingerprint magnet and touchpad is not as responsive as it should be

Pros: Extremely light and thin, powerful, fast, responsive keyboard, sharp image

Amazing laptop!I love this laptop!! I purchased this laptop a month ago, and I couldn’t be more pleased with it! I travel quite a bit so I was looking for a laptop that was easily portable, light but still powerful for work and leisure. This one is very light, the lightest of its category I’ve been told. It came with a bag that fits perfectly and makes it easy to bring anywhere. It boots in a few seconds, and is extremely fast. The keyboard, made by steelseries, is very soft and I like the feel of it. I like the look, and the dragon on the cover that lights up is cool and makes it different. I decided on the 3k panel display, and don’t regret it! The screen is perfect and the image is extremely sharp. As for Windows 8, I read a lot of reviews where people didn't like it. As for myself, I like it. I find it intuitive and I like the fact that I can easily switch to desktop mode if I want. The only downsides I find is that fingerprints stay on it and the touch pad is not as responsive as I thought, but these are minor elements compared to all the plus this model has.Overall, this laptop is more than I hoped for!

Cons: -It attracts attention in public-Win 8.1-Hard to upgrade, of not impossible-Fan noise

Pros: Every last thing about it is a 'Pro'.
Comment:
I could have bought a dominator series, I could have bought a 17" screen. I didn't because my last laptop was as heavy as a dominator class, and was 17 inches. It was far too heavy to carry in a shoulder bag then, and too hard to find a decent carry bag (back pack style). I didn't want the same grief in hauling this around. Age teaches wisdom they say.I've had no problem hauling this around in a backpack, but I do get a lot of attention when I take it out in a coffee shop or library. sometimes a bit more than I'd like. I detest windows 8.1. I am still thinking about reverting to Win 7. We shall have to see. The upgradcapacity for this rig is almost non-existant but for what you get you'll suck it up and adapt. The fans are faily loud under capacity graphics usage. You'll get used to that too. Ultimately, for me, and what I need this to do, this has been a great purchase and I'd have no problem whatsoever reccommending this unit to anyone else.
