Cons: Power needs, large sized card

Pros: Processing Power, High-End Graphics
Comment:
This is an amazing card. This won't give you the ability to do anything and everything but its enough to run any of the games out today at a high frame per second rate. For the money, it is worth it. I play MW2 on very high at about 90FPS and the card stays surprisingly cool. There is no need to overclock. Grab this when its on sale, or free shipping.

Cons: Quiet Card?

Pros: Just wondering if this is a quiet Card
Comment:
Just wondering how quiet is this card? I'm looking to buy a new computer with as much quiet as I can get. I was looking into the Gigabyte 4850 with fanless cooling or the 4870? Than I saw this card at a good priceMalcolm

Cons: The GDDR3 didn't like to overclock on this card.A little taxing power wise in comparison to an 8800GT

Pros: Extremely fastquietruns rather cool55nmokay overclockslifetime warranty
Comment:
Very impressed over all with this card. It runs like a champ, and I'm getting a decent overclock out of it. [650/1400/1050] The only real downfall of it would be that the GDDR3 wouldn't go higher than 1050 for me. Other than that, very happy, runs all of the games that I play at 1680x1050 with 4xAA and 16xAF. [Save Crysis and Crysis Warhead]. Temperatures are good, idling normally at around 40 degrees, and under load I haven't seen it hit above 75. Keep in mind, at time of purchase, this was the Core 216 55nm version.

Cons: More expensive then a 4870

Pros: PowerfullPlays all current games
Comment:
I bought this for a friend, he loves the cards and lets him play crysis with 4x AA in 1920x1200. However, it's not the best bang for your bucks as a ATI 4870 is about the same, for 100$ less. This was a breeze to install.

Cons: lack of Direct X 10.1 and DVI to HDMI dongle

Pros: Fastest card for the price; Double lifetime warranty; Core 216; 55nm
Comment:
This is the most amazing card (compared to the market at the time) I have owned to date. It plays all games like butter. Before the pricedropĀ  ATI had the price/performance crown. Now, after the recent price dropĀ , the GTX 260 216 is priced even more competitively than ATI's HD4870 1GB. I'm surprised at how fast the savings went to the consumers this time around. Nothing from NVIDA or ATI at this price can touch it.Get them while they are still hot! This review was modfied by poster @ 03-16-09 04:37 PM

Comment:
A good move from my 8800GTX. Clocks to 740/1480/2300 with 10 hours Furmark. I can now run with 4X AA - 16X AF in Fear and Crysis increased by 15FPS Min and 35FPS Maximum with 2X AA and Full AF in 1920 X 1200.
