This headset is a good fit for your ear, It does not have that annoying ear piece trying to stick into your ear canal that may or may not fit. It is a flat ear piece design that is just flush with your ear, comfortable, yet you can hear quite clearly. The noise reduction qualities are good, and the caller on the other line can hear you good. The headset boots up and connects quickly (around 2-3 seconds). Nice descreet design. Recommended for those that have had fitting problems with other headsets.
